Thought i would share. So hard i swore to myself id come back onto those "forums" once my T would be gone. 80% of the sound is gone, now very tolérable, 2 weeks (16 days to be exact) after they started. Been ordeal free for 5 days. My ENT gave me Piracetam, corticoids and vasodilatators. Don't know which made the trick (if any of those or combination) but sthg worked. Re-birth. Folks do not lose hope.

I've had prominent noticeable tinnitus for about a year and a half now. The first 2 months was hell but accepting that it wasn't going away and part of me now is actually what helped me accept it and "get over it" so to say. It used to bother me when in quiet rooms and trying to go to sleep but now it's no more than just noise there than I can easily ignore.

Thank you Julian, just went for my 1st cranial sacro massage. How often do you recommend getting messaged? Do you think i need a new job as i am mowing at a golf course, mowers are loud. Tried bose noise reduction muffs ear plugs and muffs at same time. Was thinking of bose noise reduction earbuds inside off 31db peltor ear muffs. Any recommendations? Love your work and thank you!!

Am I the only that developed tinnitus from loud thoughts in their head which led to some ear pain ( I was going through a stressful time in my life ) but I noticed when I changed my diet to raw veggies I felt as if my tinnitus was gone or to a point where it was very low and don’t hear it from time to time I was surprised I thought it was healing or something than I went back to my old eating habits than it just came right back

I really wish to believe calming myself would help me, but I developed tinnitus after a slap to the side of the head, my hearing immediately became distorted and I had an immediate high pitched ringing throughout the right side of my brain, I also feel a tingling from my inner ear. I've tried many different things, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, Kinesiology, Osteopathy, in ear white noise generators, the problem is none of them have worked or even settled my tinnitus slightly. Guess I'll have to wait for a medical cure, also zero hearing loss, the distorition went away after 24 hours but the high pitched ringing in ear and brain has remained for 14 months.

From what I’ve read it’s due to your upper cervical being out of alignment ie C1 Atlas and C2 Axis. I have the same issue but because of pandemic I cannot see an upper Chiro which is what is needed. Once the spine is realigned the body will heal and the T will most times go away.
