Best tutorials I've ever seen on this subject matter, I LOVE the fact you don't talk my ear off before getting to the point, Quick, precise and to the point. I can reference this material in real time while at the gym without having to forward through a bunch on BS. I'm 55 and started lifting when I was 12..best training videos I have ever seen, thank you young man.....thank you very much. Liked and Subscribed no doubt.
You are completely right, Eric. It is time under tention and the right form what is securing the progress. I think it it the difference between newbie and advanced lifter - to drop the ego and strat "training" the way we should. Thanks for your videos, you are insipiring!
Just subscribed and started incorporating it into my workouts. I appreciate your content! I was tired of trying to lift heavy to get stronger and ultimately hurting myself and now allowing me to train consistently. This mode of exercise is much better for me, personally.
The exercises are basic, the method is the key. Important to implement the form intensity reps then weight. Don’t get him wrong I’m sure he at some point goes heavy because it does matter. It’s just the least important and easiest to get hurt and effect the first more effective steps for hypertrophy. This is for body building not power lifting. Great info take notes!!
That’s only a small percentage of people that will ever have 21 inch arms. And it’s based on personal anatomy and body structure. Length of arms, wrist size,etc..
Some great variations to try there Eric. Loving the vids. I'm 53. been training for 43 years and couldn't advocate more for the principles you promote.
Pre-exhaust, exhaust, LOVE IT! 3:40 There are TONS of people showing the same old workout routines, exercises, etc. You're providing gold nuggets. Thank you! Plus was this filmed in The Matrix? There is a hot blond with a red top everywhere.
Just did this particular workout today, Best Pump my Tries have ever had, I thought I knew how to train tries till I performed these movements...straight fire!!! Thank you again so much for sharing.
Came from coach Greg and Eric collab video, exceptional content. I appreciate the time under tension and intensity when lifting as I’m adapting that and seeing the results
Thanks for the info. I realized how I like the stretch in the dumbbell chest press. I should apply that concept to all of my lifts. I never quantified that until this video which is the first video I watched after seeing you on coach Greg's channel. I like your lifting philosophy. I'll look at blending with what I've been doing.
My new fitness idol! Dude you are amazing! I'm going to incorporate so much of these principles! Also shout out to Mike Isaratel for putting me on to you! I'm def gonna subscribe, and I appreciate you passing on the knowledge so that us regular guys can actually achieve results!
Seriously! No kidding. I find a much safer exercise that's somewhat similar, is the seated tricep pushdown. Your shoulders aren't cranked so far back as in the bench dip. No shoulder discomfort at all.
not if you do it safely and slowly, and also slowly progress on it the problem is people going with their egos first rather than thinking about their joints and muscles
@@nbassasin8092 It's still not worth it. Regardless if you do it safely, all it takes is that split second of mental distraction, unexpected twitch to upset your movement and 101 other variables that could cause serious injury needlessly. Why even do something that is so well known to be risky, when there are a dozen other options that have been proven to be much safer and effective.
@ericjanickifitness not related to this video but I just wanted to thank you, I used to feel my legs were just a weak point and wouldnt grow but since I saw your video with Greg where you let the knees come outside the body and get deeper into that stretch i adopted that technique and my legs have blown up and now I can't buy jeans, chinos or combats that will get over my legs despite being the right waist measurement. Now my quads are my strongest bodypart. I owe this all to making that one adjustment in the rom.
Love your content Eric. I have bad wrist from skateboarding so doing really heavy weight can cause the pain to flare up. I’ve been using your philosophy and it’s been helping a ton
I recent found your channel and loving the way you train and the intelligent process. I don't see much about how many sets you do though. Example one of the chest work outs. Loads about reps and tempo and stretch etc but no mention of sets? Please can you recommend 🙏
personally I I always love to see ur whole phasic bcz 1000years ago I was also a bodybuilder but now I m......but i really enjoyed your video s, great work bro ❤ you.
Eric may be on the juice most likely. But his approach to training can be adopted by natural lifters too. He’s smart and he’s humble. His methods are based on science and focus more on tempo based lifts with proper form over ego lifting. I can say from experience that his workouts are high volume work.
I love your modality Eric Tempo Range of motion trying them tomorrow for sure you have helped me so much in changing my physique blessings your way always keep up posting this amazing videos!
Hi. What do you think of starting the session with weighted dips and close grip bench press, and then move on to these other exercises? Have a nice day and thank you for your work!
Ive been doing dips, pulldowns, and skull crushers; i never noticed how big my triceps got until i was flexing one day and im whoa where'd these come from.
You are a great trainer man Your attention to details and indepth explanations are fantastic. Do you get that thick neck by lifting that gigantic superman curl. Seriously I do appreciate you.
That way you show how to safely setup and rerack these cable movements is awesome. Dont see too many other content creators doing this. 🔥
I noticed that too and agree. Those safety tips are important, especially for beginners to learn.

Best advice in this video; “drop the weight, drop the ego”

@@HustlersDreamWrist size?
@@JohnJohn-bi6lhif u got tiny bones ur arms just start smaller and have less overall potential
Maybe smaller but I disagree with less potential. I prefer arms with more muscle mass than big arms that are mostly fat.
Some great variations to try there Eric. Loving the vids. I'm 53. been training for 43 years and couldn't advocate more for the principles you promote.
So excited. I forgot to hit triceps but can now see the universe wanted me to do this workout tomorrow. Let’s gooooo!
Eric Janicki este es el primer video que veo, me encanta tu buena vibra. Saludos desde México.

Yeah along with some roids 💉.🤓🥊
Time under tension does not cause hypertrophy, mechanical tension does.
I’ll be honest, you opened my eyes to something. Thank you 🙏 I’ll forever cherish this wisdom!
Great information! The instructions are incredible. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the triceps vid Eric! and keep on pumping strong. Always 🥇🥇🥇🥇
Great Vid As always Eric💪 BTW Female with the red top in the background after the 10-minute mark looked abnormal in the chest in a serious way.
Yeah, because no matter what the media tells you, identifying as a female and even getting surgeries don't turn a person into a real female.

Eric is high energy, I have incorporated a couple these tricep exercises in my workout...luv them....
Wow Eric.. you continue to be an incredible inspiration for all of my workouts! Thanks pal!.. still making progress @ 71.

bro is right tempo is so important, holding that weight at a tension point for a couple seconds burns
Thanks. Brother your truly deserve to be subscribed.

Ditch the bench dips and this is gold. The amount of internal rotation that movement provides is an absolute injury time bomb

Great video 😊
Great execeicres tbh especially the two that use the bench
Would a natural lifter be able to recover from this in time to train triceps 2 or 3 times a week?
Yes. Could do a heavy day then a light high volume day. I used to do that and it was great.
Great content Eric....thanks
Triceps is actually makes arms big and huge and my favorite body part is chest and Triceps

Eric, this is invaluable information. Thank you
@user-vx5wg3bi4z LOLLLL "invaluable" is right. It has NO value. He takes illegal steroids. Nobody that takes steroids is a legitimate bodybuilder.
