    Badhusha was slightly hard inside. What could be the reason? Sugar syrup coating also did not reach inside.

      It has cook very slowly in a mild heat till it get cooked well inside. If the sugar coating is not enough leave it in the syrup for an additional of 5 minutes. Happy Diwali
