Dominica was not blessed with great beaches however. I visited 2x and was greatly disappointed with the appearance of the island. Trust me, I wanted to love it as fellow Caribbean native.
Antigua and Barbuda is really $130,000 and not $100,000 because they charge a $30,000 fee in addition to the donation amount. Nevertheless, they're still the cheapest for a family of 4. Dominica and St. Lucia are the best options for single applicants. I chose Dominica because it had a better passport for visa free access to major countries like Brazil that St. Lucia didn't, and the passport was good for 10 years instead of 5. They also only required documents to be notarized and not apostilled.
These are all beautiful countries. Been to several of them. My concern with moving to the Caribbean is the threat a hurricane blowing through and smashing everything to smithereens.
Did you say, st. kitts a first of its kind in 1984. Huh!!! I would like to who came up with that idea.? No wander, they are one of the richest in the Caribbean. Smart idea. Good thing for the Caribbean countries.
Exactly! and their rights as the original indigenous citizens are slowly being STRIPPED away to accommodate foreigners looking to most times used these islands as an avenue to the rest of the visa-restricted countries to their country of birth. The sad thing is, it's becoming a trend; some island citizens are NOT able to afford to purchase lands in our own country to build a little two-by-four to rest their heads, but these governments are able to find lands to sell to foreigners for a mere $100.000.00+ and give them a passport for a lifetime. Where exactly do these monies go? The citizens are not seeing the result/fruits of it; maybe directly to line government officials' pockets🤔
So true, I heard in Jamaica many of the beaches are private, I went to Aruba and I asked about that and I was told no way the beaches belong to the people and in Grenada they government said hell no the beach belongs to the people this isn't Jamaica. 😂😂😂In Grenada the Chinese uses the Grenadian passport to get to the US and Canada because they have a harder time getting into the US and Canada. It's easier with a Grenadian passport. Since the Grenadian government was practically giving citizenship to almost anyone who wants it the Canadian government is now making it harder for Grenadian to go to Canada. The Canadian government told the Grenadian government to fix it and they will reconsider the restrictions placed on Grenadian passports. It a shame what these governments are doing to their country.
Some thug is living where ever ,has some cash. Comes to one of these poor ,back water island, purchase a house $200.000. Gets a passport in exchange for his purchase - later he sold his dream house for $$275.000 and roaming free as a national .
I once owned in Dominica but the last hurricane wiped it all out. That is the downside of paradise.
The nature Island of Dominica is the best. My country. God bless Dominica .
We are blessed with 365 rivers and so much to enjoy. Take a trip

This Is How Country Sellout / Citizens Can't Go To The Beaches Etc.

So when getting cbi instead of donating 150k you can just buy a 200k house and become a citizen that way?
I agree..i can buy a house on foreclosure in Puerto Rico for 80000 fix it and not worry about citizen ship..tax breaks..
You forgot about Panamá 🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦
Trinidad and Tobago don't need middle size foreigners businessmen what they really need is simi skill foreign workers
Martinique? Wouldn't that get you an EU passport?
They don't sell citizenship. You get it for free if you marry a French citizen though, after 5 years.
St Lucia the men are blessed wink wink the women to I heard lol
This CBI is not for poor ppl
By investment? That sounds corrupt.
It sounds like the kind of thing someone living off the tax-payers would say.
I visit for a vacation, but not invest
