Poor leadership that's what happens to Jamaica.
Facts I remember that time
@@nigeljames9727 No doubt about it. And it does not matter what spin some may put on it for political reasons, the evidence is in the results and state of affairs.

Great info...thanks
In the bahamas we don't accept the Jamaica 🇯🇲 dollars
Bahamian dollar isn't accepted in Jamaica either. Jamaican dollar isn't accepted anywhere besides Jamaica, I think.
Bahamas dollars does not recognize anywhere in the world so they have to depende on the u.s. dollar
Why?
I said that because in the video he said in the bahamas they accept Jamaican dollars was only trying to correct it
The Bahamas doesn’t use the Jamaican dollar ‼️
Thank you I learn a lot I pray the Jamaican dollar will one day get a higher value 😅🇯🇲🇯🇲
Very informative
So informative 👏
Thank You For That Very Important Information--- !!! ???
Even Haiti dollar stronger than Jamaica's dollar. After all that Haiti been thru wow! Go Haiti.
Genarally a weaker currency favour an advantage for exports while making imports more difficult.
@@tauceti8060 Jamaica dollar being of no value for a minute, just bad governance rip of of the people that's why its being like that no Excuses.
@@tauceti8060 no excuses....whatever export advantages Jamaica might possess, its still not enough to boost the economy and strengthen its weak dollar. Real talk!
@@lesterscott471 the weakness of the Jamaican dollar was due to the arrogance of its Leadership. In 1962 Jamaica had a chance to be part of the West Indian Federation...and they voted against it. Grew up in the Bahamas & never saw a Jamaican dollar in circulation ever .This is coming from someone that worked in the hotel industry and in retail. Get your facts straight
Inspiring
Effectively, you are conflating exchange rate and the strength of the currency. The strength of any currency has to do with the demand for that currency, not the exchange rate.
Doesn’t the demand drive the exchange rate, since the exchange rate is the price, which is determined by demand?
@@michellebrown2773 No! If that was true then the Japanese Yen would be weak. The strength of the currency is determined by the demand for the currency to purchase goods and services in that currency. In other words, a strong currency could have a horrible exchange rate and vice.
Nice video
Thank you so much your video,Try to develop The Caribbean nations people's Economy every year from Myanmar.❤
Great review. One correction: none of the Caribbean territories that use the euro as their currency is part of the Netherlands.
