🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸👌🏽 This speaks for itself! One thing Bahamians do not do is boast. Well wishes to the CARICOM/Caribbean community.
You excluded the Dominican Republic, the biggest and fastest growing economy in the region ... As usual 🙂
Son unos racistas. They are racists. D.R even has a subway. P.R has a train too and state of the art technology. We are also a health mecca for people from some of the other nearby islands. This list is bias.
This video is very false, im Haitian and i even know DR is top 10. Dr has subway stations these islands dont...
Where did you get that notion from? Please provide us with the link.
@@rosahacketts1668 Google it? It's really not that hard.

What you know about that
Trinidad, Trinidad Trinidad... where my people.
why include dependent countries?
I'm proud to be Caribbean❤🇧🇸
Developed? What is this based on? What exactly is "development" according to this video?
Developed really meant human development index which means standard of living low proverty it has little do with how big building a country has this is the reason why china is still a developing country
Why you did not show New Kingston for Jamaica?
I agree. All he was showing was the coastline of Montego Bay.
I'm sure people would be surprised to see how upscale New Kingston (particularly Knutsford Boulevard) is. Borderline feels like New York at times if I'm being honest
Heck, could he not have shown the Hip Strip in MoBay, or even Ocho Rios' coastline? Jamaica has so many options.
Bahamas to the world
I noticed that certain indeces are omitted for certain territories but are included for others. Where is the like for like?
Note the top 2 countries are havens for tax evaders. This is an unequal assessment of the countries independent development. Countries operating outside a supporting Developed country have a distinct disadvantage in this comparative analysis. Overall your conclusion was based on a hilly playing field.
"Countries operating outside a supporting Developed Country". FYI, Bermuda receives Zero outside support from the UK, not a penny, get your facts straight.
@@FearanFaith I thought Bermuda is in the Atlantic. How does it qualify as a Caribbean country?
@@johncarrol_6541 for crying out loud. Bermuda is also a member of the Caribbean community as is Bahamas, Guyana, Belize etc who are also not in the Caribbean.
Go to any web page. Do a search for Caribbean countries. All the countries you cited will be listed, but sadly Bermuda is absent. Bermuda may have a strong population of Caribbean folks who took refuge in Bermuda because they wanted to remain under British colonialism. The colonialists presence in your cabinet enhances your economy. Good for y'all.
@@johncarrol_6541 Sorry John but you are reaching for anything and have no facts, My parents are from Bermuda, Both of them. Their are no colonialist present in Bermuda's cabinet, and the populace of Caribbean folk in Bermuda have been in Bermuda long before any of their own countries sought Independence.. The only responsibility the UK have for Bermuda is it's defense and it's internal security, and even with Internal security, the cost for that comes from the Bermuda Government, not the British Government. Bermuda get's no financial support from the UK, as I said, not a dime.
I HEARD THAT JAMAICA COULD HAVE A GOLD RUSH SOON🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🤸🤸🤸
It wasn't real gold they found..Was some uneducated people as usual in Jamaica found something that looks like gold...and started making videos that they found gold.
That's what I've been hearing too. What with all the investments going into it, plus its current construction boom...
Curaçao should be in the top 10
Agree🎉❤safe beautiful and affluent.
Guyana roundabout at 2:07 looking good .
The Dominican Republic has the Best Economy in the Caribbean and Central America, as well as one of the safest in the whole Americas . Santo Domingo is Miami 5.0 on steroids , and you have Santiago growing and expanding , the Dr offers everything from big cities with modern day conveniences to everything else you can imagine , also infustructure in the Dr is top 3 in the whole Caribbean and Central America !!! I would live and invest Dr perfect timing !!!

The informations are very good and worth knowing about these Caribbean Islands.
Which we have known.
Thanks very much we will so we won't be telling untrue Stories about these beautiful Countries
Thanks!!!

Suriname and Guyana are the richer country than all the small island on the list, because of terrible corrupt leaders, we have some problems to develop the country properly
Really sad, that might be the reason the Rupununi had once seeked to separate themseleves from the rest of the country, the fact is once it became independent it was wreaked with havoc… if it had still remained a colony even the British would have made a better oil deal…
Who cares about Guyana being rich, if the people are still backward? DA
very interesting
What about Dominican Republic?
they need to speak English
@@bennettstephenson9090 So then this is not about the Caribbean. It’s about English speaking island in the Caribbean.

Stop piggy backing of your colonisers (USA) success. Puerto Rico is nothing without America.
Other than Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Jamaica 🇯🇲 and Trinidad are by far the 2 most developed English Speaking Caribbean Countries.....

What about St. Martin? It's a beautiful island.
Everyone is proud of the country their families come from... Yet, most if given the opportunity would still come, live, work in the USA... My ancestors home, some since human trafficing trade,, and some were already here, prior to.

@@guillermone1DR has the 5th largest GDP growth in the Caribbean/Latin America. So I question the validity of this video. A lot of the reason for the countries they name are anecdotal rather than quantifiable data.
@@DSBP1 -Anecdotal is probably correct. I guess perhaps the intent of the video may only be referring and comparing anglophone countries in the Caribbean.
@@guillermone1Trinidad was colonized by Spain longer than England and many of the Latin Caribbeans like Puerto Rico is ahead many of these countries. It would make sense to take out Guyana because it’s in South America mainland unless you can add Brazil or French Guyana.

Most Caribbean tend to rely on western models of development. There tend to be this perception that big pretty buildings and roads is development.
Surely this topic should be the 10 best economy in the Caribbean because surely Bermuda and Cayman is not more developed than Jamaica the infrastructure of Jamaica is far more advanced than these countries.
They show the little skyline in Bahamas, and call that 'most developed'.. Jamaica has several properties the same size and bigger.
You are absolutely 💯. Thats why so many Jamaicans are living in Cayman Islands looking for work because Jamaica can feed itself ? Unnu are Queen and Kings of Denial. Bermuda and d cayman actually is in size comparison. if these islands were the same size in population as jamaica, they're gdps would surpass $100 billion each. There's a reason why cayman is called the Switzerland of the Caribbean. Bermuda gdp per capita is over $90,000...the 5th highest in the world that's higher than the U.S.A.
