There should be an Steelseries app directly on the XBox as there are from other developers like Astro and Razer so set the presets on the console. And The mobile app should work with other Steelseries headsets too, not only with the new Arctis Nova 5

Where's the app for the arctis 7x ? Its the more expensive headset and doesnt even have an app.

I have the nova 7x and love them. Haven’t tried the pros but I think the 7x are the best bang for your buck.

What are you going to do about my Nova pros being bricked after I installed your latest "critical update." The firmware bricked my headset. No help from support, I called for help... nothing...
