Your issues with storage is the exact reason why I've just bought a quarter frame bag from Rockbros. Never thought id get on with it but it's fantastic. Doesn't get in the way of my knees, allows me to store my phone and thin battery pack in the small pocket, and lots of food and other stuff in the large one. The only issue is carrying water in the frame bottle cages. So I've bought a dual bottle cage holder for behind my seat, and still use a smaller bottle on the frame bottle cage. Did a 100 mile ride last Sat using that setup and it was brilliant. Everything is easily accessible while riding.

I am still getting out on local rides despite back pain issues. The weather has been sunny and cool these past few days after the epic rain of last weekend stopped all outdoor activities.
I am looking at the Castelli Alpha ROS 2 jacket but need to try one on for size and no stockists near me have it.
What jacket do you wear in Autumn ?
Hello Jimmy, I. have the original Castelli Alpha RoS jacket and it is brilliant in the autumn and even in the cold of winter it's so warm and keeps me dry in the rain. I would definitely recommend them.

I go 20 to 50 miles on my bike in good weather on the East Coast in Lincolnshire. .I'm 82 so don't waste my energy at the gym, because I've got jobs to do. I've got a collection of old and newish bikes trikes and tandems.

Hello Duncan, I felt great my friend. I had to cut my ride short this morning because it was way too foggy but after working in Ireland last week and not training for that period I had so much great sleep and rest! I definitely needed it mate.
