I wish I knew earlier how important properly fitting cycling shoes are. I had some tight narrow Fizik shoes and they eventually wrecked my feet and ruined my ride enjoyment. Got some good Lake shoes, expensive but worth every penny. Spend on good shoes before other bike bling, that’s my lesson. 💪
No outside rides since the Police Unity Tour. Just Zwift. I have a charity ride on the 22nd to raise money for PTSD dogs for Veterans. I'm going to try to get out for a few rides thru the neighborhood before. So glad your ribs are healing Amy....go easy ! ! ! Amy, what you did for your friend, passing on the good fortune you've experienced from the FCC cycling community is so awesome ! ! ! ! Mark, I've always had mountain bike shoes.......I find them easier to walk in. 😊😊

Nice to see you both once again - nice saddle bag, I have the same and it has served me well over many miles… love it !! Take a look at the cleat conversions as they worked a treat when I was thinking of going off road (not for me but at least I tried) I didn’t want to fork out for new shoes, just in case… gives you an option to switch back and still have your fancy new shoes… 👍🏼 Have to ask… socks, I’m having a nightmare… too long, too short, fall down, fall apart, cheap or blooming expensive… any advice would be welcome.
