When Drew Bledsoe went to the Bills although they missed the playoffs because they were probably playing in the toughest division that year and he had a great year and that offense was dynamite!

i think there's a lot of pain for drew when it comes to the whole situation. difficult for him to let go. he did his best to help brady and i think his anger is towards the whole situation. brady is better and bill was going to put brady in regardless of injury
As much as Drew did for us his replacement won the superbowl. He lost his job because brady was the better option at that point...brady lost his job in New England without a better option anywhere in sight...
NO, he lost his job because Belichick went with the new guy so to replace the old guy. JUST as he had done on Cleveland. Belichick believes in getting rid of all the old team and replace it with HIS guys. When Drew went down, it was his chance. He replaced Bernie Kosar with Testerverde the same way in Cleveland, after Bernie got hurt.
You must be a new fan, because Drew did MORE than just save a SB run. He and Bill Parcells saved the Pats from being moved. He gave us respectability again.
You'll hate me for this but Drew Bledsoe's case was exactly the reason I refrain from proclaiming "Tom Brady and the Buccaneers will repeat." Drew saying Brady would be a benchwarmer back-up in the coming 10 seasons probably got him to realize that somebody high up there controls Brady's (and his) destiny; not him, a mere mortal. Call me superstitious or what not, preempting the future is a jinx ('hoping' is a different matter) and I hope Brady has enough arsenal in him to counteract his fans' 'jinx-y' pronouncements. Let's not forget that a bad hit in any game could end a player's career just like Bledsoe's, and Brady is no exception. Knock on wood; I hope Brady wins SB56 and 57, then retires.
@@yomama8935 His work ethic and indomitable will are a given; it's the "what-ifs" that I'm worried about. Those are beyond his control. I call them providential and believe that pre-empting them becomes a jinx. I truly hope I'm wrong on this. I want Brady to have a story-book-ending career: the one and only QB to achieve a 3-peat.
sorry bro, i respect what you're saying, but don't believe in superstition. i think it's really hard to win a super bowl. there's so many different things that aren't in your control and has go right just to get to the super bowl. so it doesn't matter if we proclaim brady will repeat or not will affect the result. if bucs don't win, it's not because we jinx them by saying they will repeat. they didn't win because the other team was better, or injuries, or bad calls etc. i just don't think "God, life, the world" is going to jinx a team because fans of that team are saying they'll repeat. that would be unfair. every fan has a right to be positive and uplifting and support their team. so why should they be punished for their passion, love and loyalty to their team.
You know I'll always be a Brady fan but I no longer Ama Bill Belichick fan because he showed the door to Tom Brady way too soon. I can guarantee you if Brady was the quarterback those guys that went out those 10 guys that went out for covid reasons would have been there playing for Brady I can guarantee you that and if Belichick was a better drafter and taken Deebo Samuel or Metcalf instead of Henry I believe Brady would still be their winning Super Bowls because those two guys will probably going to go to Super Bowls in the future both of those guys they were picked after Henry as Belichick went number one wide receiver first time ever what a big mistake. The depression and frustration that Brady went through his last season with New England was phenomenally depressing ! I saw it we saw it we all saw it but if Henry the number one draft pick was something to write home about or anything at all but an injured spoiled non-working player Brady would have wrapped his arms around him and brought him into the Circle. but Brady never liked him because he sucked he still sucks he's worse than Jacobi who was an undrafted free agent. You can hear the frustration in my voice I'm sure but Bill Belichick couldn't draft a wide receiver to save his life and skipped on even drafting a tight end so Brady his last year didn't even have a tight end to throw to ! and the one he gave up on Hollister is still playing for the Seahawks I believe unbelievable he let Hollister go because he wasn't good enough yet he was good enough to play with Russell Wilson on the Seahawks and he still there so ask me the question do I say Belichick made Brady or did Brady make Belichick and yes that first year when he kept the four quarterbacks and he saw something in Brady obviously and when he took Drew out and installed Brady as a starting quarterback that was a genius move okay but after that Brady made all the genius moves. That's why I believe Brady made Belichick this is where I drop the mic folks
Brady wouldn't have won another SB with NE. That team team the won sb 53 were on its last legs. The team just wasn't there to win another SB. Edelman was too banged up. Gronk was retired. Poor draft choices by bill have left the team were they are now. I think Brady through one of his sources said that in 2020 it was a hopeless situation for a QB with that patriots team.
He deep down hates on brady he just doesn't say it out loud he says what he has to so he don't look like a hater or sore loser and every once a while he shows it
i don't think he hates brady mate. he certainly is hurt about the whole situation, but that's understandable. he did his best to help NE and brady during the whole thing. also he's staunchly defended brady during deflategate. there's definite sting when he reminisces about losing his job, but that's just pain from the whole situation - not at brady.

How good is Mac Jones ? Is he a threat to Brady ? HOF er Shannon (undisputed) is raving about him ? Man to man which team is better Tompa Bay or NE Pats . Can't wait to see Bucs stomping the Pats . This wait is killing me . Bucs can't loose, man . This isn't just a game . This is payback, man . OMG . Go Brady 👍👍👍👊👊👊
mac looks good right now, but i just think it's silly giving people credit before they've earnt it. i mean brady has proven himself for over 20 years and they still doubt him. yet give credence to someone who hasn't even played 1 snap in an nfl game. come on now
@@TBDtribute thank you for replying , buddy . I thought you were pissed at me for asking a question totally unrelated to the topic . They can't stand the fact , can't process it that an unathletic guy's been dominating the sport for all these years with his mind power and heart . 👍👍👍

@@pb234 by the way, i do like mac. seems like a decent man as well :)
If Brady wasn't under the tutelage of (Bill Belichick) and (Drew Bledsoe) he wouldn't be as successful as he is, Drew actually talked a lot about giving Brady advice and Brady is lucky to start his career behind a 104million dollar 1st round draft pick and maybe the best head coach of all time! Not to mention the organization he played for!
When Drew Bledsoe went to the Bills although they missed the playoffs because they were probably playing in the toughest division that year and he had a great year and that offense was dynamite!
I love Drew. A truly awesome human being ❤️🙏
I love Peyton Manning but the Colts definitely tanked when he went out. "Suck for Luck" was a real thing. How they did when he was gone is a bad metric.
I agree. The "Suck For Luck" campaign was allowed and celebrated by the higher ups in the NFL but had that been the Pats, everyone and their dog would've been pissed off about it.
@@FYourOpinions Yep. That was fucked up.
@@FYourOpinions agree completely also league knew another Colts pumping artificial noise when opposing offenses were playing in their stadium and league totally ignored it but when somebody made up Brady league spent millions trying to prove a lie.
hahaha. yup!!!
@Jinhui Chen Well... I was impressed by him. Don't know what happened to him physically/mentally but he was a good QB while he lasted. No Brady or Manning but that's a pretty fucking high bar! And yes, Harbaugh hasn't done what he was hired to do at Michigan.
He does have a ring thanks to Brady.
@Sandy Gan a Ship Ring is a Ship Ring my dude.
and Brady has his first ring thanks to Drew
@@akosh1976 wait what?
@@akosh1976 brady took the exact same team that Bledsoe didnt even make the playoffs with and won a ring. Yeah Bledsoe played well in the AFC ship game but I still give that season all to brady
i just wanted to show drew some love :)
I'm sorry guys but Drew never got over it.Not until Atlanta SB did Drew really realize TB was better.
it can't be easy on him. when you're the #1 pick and all. drew was talented and a good qb, but he wasn't brady
Yeah right drew, peyton and elway...they underachieved!!! They, like you were the #1 pick!!! Btw, Elway had the 3 amigos
i think there's still pain there bro. bear in mind that interview was a while ago, and i don't think drew meant it as an attack on brady. he's would feel pain from the whole situation
@@TBDtribute i appreciate your videos tbd, but i have to say, drew said that in 2015! We all loved the Cerebral Statue in the 90s, but he needed to give up the ghost on brady by 2015...his beef is with Belichick
@@bmf6845 i hear your point. i don't think it's personally directed at brady, i think it's pain over the whole situation and that pain will always be with him. i know for me i wouldn't be able to let it go, even after 15 years.
Great video...always had respect for bledsoe...but what i didnt like about bledsoe when it came down to it he talked and talks about brady as if he was a backup filling in..never talks about how good bradys skills are...i dont believe he thinks brady has skills.....go bucs!!!!
Drew admires Tom and mentioned Tom's greatness many times.I loved Bledsoe with Pats but Belichik was horrible with Drew going 5 and 13 with him.Drew deserved better than to be traded to shitty team that Bills
i think there's a lot of pain for drew when it comes to the whole situation. difficult for him to let go. he did his best to help brady and i think his anger is towards the whole situation. brady is better and bill was going to put brady in regardless of injury
Imagine if Drew pulled a Brady and got him sent across the country like Jimmy G 😂 Brady would be an all time Raider by now
yeh i think brady would've become the goat regardless where he went
@@TBDtribute imagine if he went to the 49ers like he probably wanted. They could have well above 20 Super Bowls as a franchise by now lol
Me like all the Steely Dan.
:)))
Drew was a very good QB he just wasn't TB12
yeh i agree bro. still love drew though :))
Judging by the preseason games Buccaneers had so far, they are mediocre from top down. It only shows the critical lift Brady has to a team.
even bruce aryans says bucs need brady to piece everything together
He gave us respectability again.
i agree. brady was going to replace drew regardless. doesn't take away from how much of a class act drew is
You'll hate me for this but Drew Bledsoe's case was exactly the reason I refrain from proclaiming "Tom Brady and the Buccaneers will repeat." Drew saying Brady would be a benchwarmer back-up in the coming 10 seasons probably got him to realize that somebody high up there controls Brady's (and his) destiny; not him, a mere mortal.
Tbh im not superstitious, the reason tb has had success is his work ethic and indomitable will.
@@TBDtribute I expected that from you. There's no middle ground except to wish Brady all the best. I hope I'm wrong, really. Good day!
That's why I believe Brady made Belichick this is where I drop the mic folks
yeh i was hurt to hear how brady was treated. oh well. brady has proven himself now and continues to win
Not Hates him but definitely hates on him..he has to think in the back of his mind that could have been me
