  • It's not "Columbo" but it IS "Colombo-adjacent."
Ten strangers isolated on an island, and one of them is bent on killing off the others! That's the 1945 film (based on the many-titled 1939 Agatha Christie novel) "And Then There Were None."
Continuing our tradition of obsessing over minutiae, we try to identify who suspects who in the "secret vote" scene.
Bonus "Columbo" connection at the end!

    Obviously an influence on "Clue."
    Nice non-Columbo upload.

“Clue” and “Murder By Death” would make great companion pieces for this movie!

Heheh, well done again, my friend. I always love how you weave in sound bytes from the movies/episodes to drive home a point you’re making.
Your chart for ‘who voted for who’ was also well done - I imagine that took some work to edit.

In the video game after the 3rd murder, you go around the mansion asking who everyone suspected:
    Rogers suspected Vera
    Miss Brent suspected Blore
    The Judge suspected Lombard
    The Doctor suspected Miss Brent
    Blore suspected Rogers
    Lombard suspected the Judge
    Vera suspected the Doctor

A video game based on this movie?!? I have to find it… In the movie, at least, nobody votes for Vera.

Great story and movie, though I prefer the darker 2015 adaptation with Charles Dance as the judge. I was surprised because there was no voting on that version.
