@@southcoastangler I've never understood the reason for buying a 1-man... my nephew has TWICE bought 'em (& regretted it) whilst I got the 2-man versions ... the only real downside is the weight difference and its not like we are going to be walking miles if we're bivvying up anyway due to the amount of other gear we bring along.. and the difference in space more than makes up in comfort and storage..... if one IS travelling distances, grab the brolly, haversack & rods and travel light !!... 😉 😎👍☘🍺
Bivvy looks great to be fair. Love a ground sheet myself. Been looking at bivvys with a zip in one. 😂😅😂. I have a little bit of astro turf as a matt dont get muddy. Hahahhaha i sound like a puss of a carper lol 😅😂. I even wash my hands after rigging and baiting up so dont make my rod handles messy and dirty and wash mine afte was mine inside n outbwith wipes after use. Yours is dirty 😅😂. ive just been so unlucky with my axis bivvy wish i didnt its a great bivvy just put me off witb all the issues i had with my one, i know people and watch utubes they had no issues with theres just me. Was looking at the solar spider and a couple of others in the solar rang. Any one of arrorns fans got a solar recommendation for me that uses one?
I've had the Sonik AXS and the only fault I had was the Plastic Spreader Black cracking (my fault) as I stood in it, didn't know was cracked until session after, but apart from that I got a new 1 from Sonik and hey presto....had a Tempest with Social Cap, but gone backnto AXS with overwrap and use a Tempest 200 with my lad.
@@paulhigham6047 . Yeah soniks customer service is great. They helped me loads with my axs cammo My first issue was a bent pols at the back. But was actually the spedder block like was snaped underneath so didnt notice so made the poles look bent. They sent me out new poles and a spread block fixed it. Turnd out it kinda leaks in hard 🌧 water coming threw some stiching at the top. Sonik can't help me with that. And the tackle shop closed down too so hey hoo. 👋 money lol. I think the tackle shop sold me a returns one I guess 🤔
@@spoony4312 unlucky pal, I've had Axs 1 man in olive and Camo, axs 2 man, Sktek brolly, armatek brolly, xtractor bivvy, the AXS 1 man is probably the better out of em all...
@@paulhigham6047. It's ok mate to be fair it's fixable I like the bivvy just got unlucky withba lemon :). Fancy somting different now. Wasn't knocking sonik. Amazing customer service though 👌 👏. Had a lemon chair as well sktek stiching all came undone on the left side. I have loads of sonik products love em. I just been unluckily with a couple factory seconds I guess n got ripped off. Lemon learned don't buy from pop up tackle shops.. so thankful sonil helped with the bivvy innthe first place with the poles and spreader 😀
I was thinking the same thing when I first saw it advertised, and I had a Tempest at the time, then saw one on a lake and ended up getting the Frontier X and getting rid of the tempest , I used a tempest for years but the Frontier is alot better in my opinion
Got the fox frontier x plus with the inner dome plus vapour cap plus over wrap had it up in the garden but not on the bank yet… it’s looks so good 👍👍

Why wouldn’t they put a Velcro window on the front door seems stupid so you have to have the full plastic window or no window at all

I had a tempest before my x and the frontier has much more useable space for a slightly smaller footprint,
And the Tempest was a copy of the original Fox easy dome. Nowt new in fishing.
