I want to thank you for your content, but especially for this particular workout. I was doing very well for many months- Caroline Girvan 5 days a week and yours on and off and then I fell off the wagon. As a night shift worker (nurse in the acute hospital), it was difficult to get back to regular workout. Maybe it is the winter blue or whatever, I craved a good cardio- not too many burpees, reasonable pace, TABATA timing, a good balance of core, jumping and fun at the same time. And I found it and I am staying on it for December. I set it up as a challenge to do it every day and yep, it's working. I really enjoy it, not just suffer through it and I am able to do it before or after night shift. My favorite workout at this moment. ❤️

Really loved this workout. I'm a trainer so appreciate the way he's provided upper, lower, and core exercises into this routine. And it flows nicely too. HOWEVER, why would you have an AD pop up halfway through!?!? Little bit frustrating and annoying. I know it's a money move, that's fine, but from a viewers perspective, it sucks! More quality HIIT videos without ads please. Good job. x
This guys HIIT WORKOUT was absolutely authentically unique. If I told you that I enjoyed the complete workout, I'd be lying because I was too busy sweating and gasping for air. He definitely pressed me through too the end. When I wanted to give up, I thought about me not obtaining the full benefit of HIIT WORKOUT. Just did this workout after having finished your 6week shred. This was pretty easy...until about halfway through...then not so easy. Sitting here dropping sweat. Of course only reason it didn't feel too hard at first was doing the 6 week shred was brutal. Love your workouts, best I have found

I'm a big fan of HIIT and @Bodycoach Joe wicks, who has a great variety of workouts, but this was equally as good as some of Joe's. I did a 25/15 split to make it a bit more challenging. Thanks a ton TIFF X DAN

I like the 20 sec work 20 sec rest times when the day before we did a 30 sec work 10 sec rest workout the night before. It makes this work feel easier,...but,...it's still hard. We love em!
Thank you for this workout! It helps me a lot. I think this is the correct way of performing a HIIT workout unlike other channels who take a 30 second break after 5-7 EXERCISES rather than a 20 sec break after each exercise like this one.
