My favorite advice from this episode: Respect goes both ways, we're all little kids at heart, and we need to feel appreciated. Great episode!
I would add Set your partner up for success - We're all very different people. Learn what you like and then let them know what you like directly. (whether thats gifts, movies, etc.) Don't expect anyone to be able to read your mind until they get to know you a bit better. And then once they know you and what you like, they can surprise you because you've helped them know what makes you feel loved.

In your next video could you talk more about self co finance and how to have a glow up. I am trying to loose weight and it feels like I'm not loosing any weight and It feels like I will never get to my goal before September.
