Oh, hi! If you remember, in 2021 you voiced a video for xrMPE in English, then you communicated with me. And I am also one of the developers of True Stalker, namely, I drew the interface for modification. So I wish you a pleasant game! :)

just a tip, once you go towards the Vehicle Station ( you know the one opposite site of the Saw mill )
there's a Dumpster looking / log container on the very right side just a bit outside the Vehicle Station where you'll find Basic Tools
Ah, a Toz and an AK in the first few missions. Life's a dream.
A little tip you might've figured out already - There's no point in buying supplies. There is a Lot of loose loot around. Just need to explore a bit. Also vendor prices can vary a lot. And a very important note about the stash - it is shared and every map locations has one.
I'm not yet through the whole game, but it has a super satisfying progression for me and strikes a great balance with difficulty. The quests are also written pretty well.

Ohhhh man, I loved this mod! It was such a blast! The slow running speed annoyed me but this mod was so fun.
A list of important things the game doesn't tell you (only halfway through the video):
-Press all X to take all when looting
-Check the console, there's a command to auto unload picked up guns.
-Go check the barn in the rookie village, there's a bunch of goodies.
-The spinny icon in weapon stats is handling - this will dictate how fast to switch, reload, and also impacts your mouse sensitivity.
-Tools are around vehicles and vehicle-adjacent things, one in Cordon, one in Garbage, one in Dark Valley.
-Weapon condition impacts both reliability and accuracy, guns below 70% cannot be sold, and repairing guns always costs more than the sale value.
-When you have multiple intertwined missions, order of operations is important, you can piss some people off and it will change the flow of the story,
-Your carry weight impacts your movement speed and stamina. Also walking backwards is actually slightly faster than going forward.
-Empty stashes can't be opened, so you can't easily dump items, but also saves effort checking empty stashes.
-Break boxes, they actually respawn and give small amount of ammo & stuff.
-Mission payouts are insane, hold a small stock of mutant parts and artifacts.
-Rifles deal low damage, but penetrate armor. Shotguns fuck mutants, but aren't great for humans.
-Be nice to people - there are benefits, from payouts to making missions easier, or unique items.

This is an interesting mod that I had never heard of. The writing is a little goofy but it seems at least a bit intentional. I don’t love some of the choices like full screen inventory but overall but there’s a lot to like. It’s crazy how many high quality stalker mods exist

I have gotten pretty far in this mod and I get suprised everytime there's more content. Absolutely love it! Only downsides is it's a lot to walk + no guides and I just miss the "physical" PDA

pistols are very good in this mod. ( Very). Also check beside the bus stop next to the grain elevator . Nice bit of loot.
Also , Some npc sell stashes , good value for the money.
Did my guy just walk inside the bandit base,plant the device and walked out? I litterally had to kill EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE BANDITS!!!😢😂

Just fyi stashes sync accross areas. So if you put something in your stash in Corden, it'll be in your stash in Rostok for example. So you don't need to haul your crap back in forth!

Played it start to finish with all side quests, this is gonna serve as your heavenly reward for suffering with Lost Alpha.
P.S. Install all the patches from 1.1 to 1.4 if you haven't already

@@WaveysGamingAdventure And the "shootout right after a cutscene" like in the tunnel there is the biggest (and only real serious) issue with the game, it only happens a few times, but it can be annoying. (Especially on Master)
Also, I know you can't take it too slow because it's meant to be watched, but I recommend exploring as much as you can, the map redesigns and additions are all very well done, as are the side quests. (Basically most are at or close to the story quests in quality and some take really unexpected turns)

It was super easy. I just downloaded the game and patches from Google Drive, unzipped them and ran the setup. Worked like a charm

How do you install it from google drive mine just says insert disk one but maybe I’m doing it wrong I have it all in one folder and I’m launching the ts.exe with administrator and it it says I need disk one or folder but won’t let me do anything after that

There's a lot of running around in this & not much combat, plus all your stuff can be accessed from any personal stash. Also some levels have an absolute ton of loot. So it best to travel as light as possible imo to conserve stamina & have room for loot.

There was quite a bit of combat, it just that stalker don't respawn with time, only mutants, which I thought was pretty cool.

Divisive mod. There's a lot to like and a lot to dislike about it. Felt more like Metro Exodus than Stalker gameplay to me.

Cutscenes that take away your controls are very bad game design. Especially when enemies are shooting at you soon as it's over.
It gets to be too much over the course of the game

This is such a disappointment- nothing but a modernised Westernised mess of a "game". What a shame
how so? the only thing i feel that is obviously westernized is the lack of a pda or a real time inventory

@@GaiusCaligula234 My brother in christ, it's a free mod. The trilogy was also linear (CoP being a more open game to be fair). This isn't "western" or "nu-Russian" whatever the fuck those terms mean in this context.
The creators wanted to make a more story focused mod and they did. They didn't "cave in to the west" just because you don't like it.
