We awake in a dark tunnel, dazed & confused. With nothing but a knife to our name we must fight our way out of the tunnel and find our way back to our Stalker comrades.
A unfortunate circumstance befalls us, but allows our escape to come to fruition.
Only to see us once again face down hordes of enemies.
Will we triumph, or will we fail?

I remember also gearing up for the lab attack, had a gauss rifle, the exo suit, AS VAL, saiga and a Deagle, all fully upgraded with like 1000+ bullets between, 15 grenades and shit tonne of medkits. Felt like the armoury scene in HotFuzz, yet I was disappointed there wasn't more mercs to smoke and Termite got away. Really hoping they continue the mods story with updates because it would suck if it was left there.

Yeah, the Mercs there are pretty much nothing compared to the Monolith that even just Degtayrev had to go through, let alone Strelok's rampage, in either numbers, equipment, or tactics
This mod puts me in deep depression after finishing it and makes me want to play Oblivion Lost Remake.

When I hit this fight had found the monolith stash, which gave me a gauss rifle for this fight, absolutely unstoppable that and the freedom exosuit I purchased from the special weapons trader. This mod was great but really wish they fleshed out the military storyline a bit more. Even if they had kept axe live and we took over from the end of this to reach the centre of the zone to seek revenge for both the major and friend we lost. Just felt rather empty when inspite of hiding the artifact and our PDA, termite who's mission was to obtain the artifact would kill axe and even fail his mission figured the guy would atleast bring him back to the lab to extract the information through torture or other means. But inspite of the rushed ending was a great mod found myself replaying missions to see the different outcomes and what not.
The finale segmentwas not so bad, honestly. It wasn't good. But it at least had some options. I guess.
Though the cutscene overuse is still VERY dumb. Doesn't allow or reward you to fucking CHECK CORNERS AND CLEAR THE AREA to avoid stupid forced knockouts for the entire game up until theending. Unbelievable...
Also, yeah, the tactical flashlight and laser sharing the same battery as your NVGs and headlamp is stupid. I'd much rather have multiple battery meters, because at least then, if my laser runs out, I can at least still fucking see.
GDI, for every nice thing this mod had, it feels like there was two steps back.

Pretty good mod but the constaint knocking you out thing is so annoying
I get it its cool for like 2 or 3 times but after that it just becomes annoying af
Man, the custom stuff even in the finale are pretty darn sweet... Just sucks that the forced railroading via overuse of knockouts and cutscenes ruins all the exploration value of these places. (Also still not a fan of the Far Cry style UI pulling you out of the Zone while unpaused)
Either way, congrats on beating it! The nightmare is over!
not the ending i would love unfortunately, but such is life in the zone. was a fun playthrough to watch ;3

Just started watching and I already have a bad feeling about this..
EDIT: This episode pissed me off, completely. Sky died to that motherfucker..that motherfucker escaped..the Professor killed himself. So much shit happened..I hope we'll get something like a follow-up episode where we can kill Termite or something..him escaping is certainly a hint at the continuation. Thank you for this series, really enjoyed it and I'm glad you were able to try out your fully kitted inventory.

@@WaveysGamingAdventure Knowing the game design, your bullets woulda just gone straight through him with no consequence or reward whatsoever.
I tried doing this kind of shit in the Dark Valley. Tried to launch a one-man assaut on the Bandit base knowing I had the ammo and skill to deal with them.
Bullets just phased through.
@@WaveysGamingAdventure Termite teleports away if you do that. He's like the Militants in Goldsphere, in that they teleport away if they take major damage
