Ty man I’ve had my vr and the strap for months but I never knew how to get the strap on and everytime I tried I was TERRIFIED I would break it and this is the only guide that actually helped me understand and get it on and it’s WAY more comfortable now tysm :)
On another video someone suggested loosening the eye adjustment wheel on the bottom left to pop off the facial interface easier. After struggling with removing it forever that seemed to help
I did everything except snapping the facial piece out which I almost broke then I the top strap finally was in. Thank God I didn't brake it. And another this has battery pack on it !!!! Yeahhhhh
I wait for the Quest 3 strap from Temu, after i watched this video, i thought "why i have to put off the facial interface?" I tried now without put the interface of and i got the strap off. Dont know why the video shows to put this off.

I'll add it's completely unnecessary to detach the face interface. You risk breaking it and the top strap easily fits with a bit of wriggling. Otherwise great vid

For anyone wondering- the Quest 2 aftermarket straps do NOT work on the Quest 3. You need to buy Quest 3 aftermarket straps/headset

after wear elite strap , it is not tight enough , it's always loose
