Oh thank God it comes out! The Quest 2 foam never bothered me, but this material on the 3 is burning the crap out of the skin on my face.. seems like you always have to spend a small fortune on all of these damn extras

I know you don't have to remove the facial interface very often, but the horrific sounds and uneasy feeling this process gives you is not good. The should have used a latch / eject type connection.

They need to make one without the eyeglass spacers that sits even closer to the lenses for an even wider field of view. That can easily be done.

want a quest 3? it's only 500 bucks and we'll give you a free game too. While you're at it. 150 bucks more and we'll add 6 months free of our quest+ games subscription, 512 GB of storage, and a free game. The headset strap feels uncomfortable, why don't you get our elite strap so it can even out the headset and be easier to put on. But wait, instead of spending 70 bucks on an elite strap, spend an extra 60 bucks and we'll give you battery on the headset to fix our 2 hour battery time. Whats that? you've been sweating and our facial interface is uncomfortable? thats odd. Here we have a perfect replacement for just 40 bucks. You don't have a place to put the headset? Another 60 bucks should give you a carrying case and solve that problem. TOTAL ($900) This isn't including taxes and games you need. They made it go from 500 to and extra 400. In conclusion, They make the original product good but they make sure to make it feel unusable/ bad experience unless you buy their extra products and spend more money.
