Every time I watch a video showing game shops in Japan I’m amazed by how much they respect and treat video games. The used section looks so clean and organized.
great video I like all of the games that you showed but can you go over some xbox, xbox 360, and xbox one games I know you did it before but am a little slow can you do a re-make of "just" xbox games and also do a video of the new xbox when it comes out? just asking and thax :)
I peeped Mr Gimmick! Wonder how much it was. It’s like $850 on EBay. I know I say this every time but I’m so jealous of you guys who live in Japan. Going to stores like this is like a dream to those of us in the States. Awesome episode as always, my dude.
yay for 16bit version of living in the city. at 10:27 i forget the name of that dreamcast game but i remember looking into it because the art was done by yoshitaka amano wish i always love seeing. 10:56
Had no idea this place existed. Love it how these places are always popping up. Did you find any good deals though? Usually the new places are expensive l...
Good stuff Jim, always appreciate these videos! Also let us know if they have a website. Always interested in finding more online sources to pick up JP games. Thanks!
Man I could so deplete myself of alot of money in there... Lol!!! I never got rid of many of my older game consoles (some like the Atari Jaguar, I did dump though) & I even bought a couple spares consoles for them back when the next gen consoles overtime caused the older ones to always be pawned, or traded-in by other people, so I still got many of the older consoles & many games for them, fully playable... But man there are so many games there I would buy, if I ever go over to Japan & Tokyo...
Nice video bro. I went to akihabara last year and found lotta good games. Going to japan again next year thanks for the name of the store going there next.
Paid about 140$ CAD 3 years ago for complete (no box) core 2 console at Super Potato which at the time did not know it was so overpriced . You could probably get one cheaper outside Akihabara if you are in Tokyo .

Yeah, and it makes the shopping experienced so much better when everything is so well organized, it's like browsing through a library.
These store walkthroughs are my favorite. I'm glad to see them back!
Glad to hear it. I have a couple more on the way.
Always nice to see new "episodes" of this!!
Thanks! I've got a couple more planned.
Looks like a nice little store with a reasonable selection. Thanks for the tour.
My pleasure, Tony.

I´ve never heard of this chain. I hope it goes well for them, shops with reasonable pricing are a welcome addition to Akiharaba.
Me too, we need more shops like this.
Always love the game shop vids!
Thanks! Glad you liked it.
Great video! Another Akiba shop I didn’t know existed! :D added it to my list for when I go back next year! Thanks
Seiken Densetsu 3, near Zelda of course! 6:53
Such an amazing game.

I neglected to look at the price but I'm certain it wasn't cheap.
Oh nice, been a while since you did one of those :)
I'll have to check this place when I go back to Tokyo!
Definitely do! It's a great little shop.
That looks close to Friends. Interesting. Wonder when it opened?
As far as I know it opened within the past year.
Always love your videos man!
Thank you! Glad you're enjoying the vids.
I love those kind of videos!

Yeah, I found it while just listening to random remixes on YT and I was like, I have to have this!

The prices were actually not bad. I ended up picking up one Dreamcast game and one PC Engine game.

My pleasure, happy to help.
Is that where you got Umihara Kawase? It's there at around @2:07
No, I actually got my copy at Trader, which is too bad because I think this place had it for a little less.
@@MadPanicGaming classic
Some top tier games, I'm curious how much they had on Rendering Ranger. xD
I neglected to check, I'd guess it's going for less than you'll find at Super Potato or Mandarake though.
- "That look like the bit of the street at the end where Mak Japan is"
13 minutes later
- "Oh..."
Any new stuff from when we were there?
Not really, but I ended up picking up games for my DC and PCE.
@@MadPanicGaming I'll still check it out again next month :)
Where are the Speccy Games?
Always great to see another shop video. How were the system prices? Reasonable with other shops?
Better than most other shops I'd say.
What was the games ya bought?
Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on Dreamcast and Pomping World on PC Engine CD.

MvC2 on Dreamcast and Pomping World on PC Engine CD.

Anthony..
Hope you enjoyed the video, it's been a while since I've done one of these.
How much for a pc engine in japan ?

It depends on the model and where you buy it, but it's usually from as low as $80 or so for an original PCE, or a couple hundred for a Duo.
KidShoryuken thanks !
Nice :-D
Thanks. :)
Never enuff GameCube
Damn straight.
