i watched this last night, not being remotely close to palming the ball, doing the exercises the whole way through, probably sat at my desk continuing for 20 or so minutes, woke up this morning and i can palm the ball......only for like 2 seconds, but holy shit i can palm the ball after one night o.o thank you so much!
Is there a way to improve my between the legs and behind the back. With my between the legs, I can do it once or twice the right way but after that it just starts to bounces off my forearm, or it won't land completely on my hand and it will roll up to my forearm. Also I can't really do it constantly, I have to dribble a couple times between reps, I've been stuck on between the legs and behind the back for about 2 weeks and I haven't improved, I've been trying to teach myself how to play basketball and I really don't know how to see what I do wrong or where to go from here, there's really no one to track my progress so I just don't know if I do things right, I've never played before but this channel helped me a lot. I started like 4 weeks ago but have been on this for like 2 weeks. If you see this can you give me some tips on between the legs and behind the back that would be great. Or if anyone with more experience sees this can you guys give me some tips. Thank you I know that's a lot to read sorry
Try working on your stationary so like get in the defensive position.try to go behind your back as many times as possible. (Maybe it’s only one or 2 we all started there) do that till you can get it up to 10 good dribbles looking up with between the leg stand straight up. Take 2-3 dribbles then go between your leg. As you improve make those dribbles less and less. When it’s about 1 dribble pretty consistently ur ready to move on to the next step. Find a place where you have a 15x10ish foot area. Take two dribble to the side. Right hand if your going right left hand if you going left of course. After the two dribbles your going to change direction using your between the legs or behind the back. Hope this helped!

Everyone else: lift weights This man: lift textbooks 😂 We used to do the book thing (the typical dumbbell stuff, except holding the book like here), and the trust fall on wall thing in school. Not as an excercise though.... Just some of the weird "challenges"
@@GetHandles also I have my first game on Saturday. I have all the handles moves and shooting. But once I get to the rim I get blocked because I only have the scoop and the layup. Plus I’m a foot shorter that everyone else. Any tips?

My hands are 9 inches in length but sometimes it can still be a little challenging to fully grip when dunking
