I could sneak a round house up to a chin before engaging the hip, had a great knock outs from that. Learning how to not telegraph your kick is very important. Sensei taught to bring your knee up to chest/stomach before engaging the kick that way every kick that’s a front forward high kick all looks the same. Can practice this by thrusting your knee up as high as you can to your chest in repeated reps on both sides.

Good tip
All you need is a quick sneaky front teep with range if you click clack with dem knuckles
Yeah i click clacked with my knuckles in a club for nearly 20 years you should do the same instead of just watching videos wtf was even that
@@13V3-IEVE it means i can smash hard things with my knuckles. I'm good no need to waste the time or money
Hard to break the habit of the chambered kick, but once you do it changes your relationship to generating power with your kicks.
Dude was a monster back in the day on the Karate scene. Not fun to spar with either.
As shown in the end of the vid: the best way to throw the first kick is to fake an attack with the arms, (though I prefer to fake a punch haha)
This is the kick Steven Seagal teaches!
teaches? or uses in movies?
This is from karate and savate, he teaches nothing but how to be fat and full of himself lol
He has taught UFC and MMA fighters, Jesse Encamp in a video, and even Russian police and military this kick.
I’ve noticed that Saenchai uses that type of push teep often..
That kick is easily stopped with a counter front kick
Men of culture... ASSemble !
Шляпа какя-то...
if you leave your fingers hanging loosely like that, you'll probably get one torn off by a front kick one day.
