Theeeeee most entertaining tomato taste test video on UA-cam. Ben Joy, you are hilarious!
I will let him know how much you enjoyed it. Thanks so much for watching 😊
I jsut love Ben's descriptions of the tomatoes. He is hilarious how he ompares them to shows.
I’m glad you enjoy his descriptions. He’s always fun to do taste tests with. You never know what will come out of his mouth.
Just found your channel and love it. You have inspired me to grow several new varieties. In Florida, our tomato season is just beginning, so my seedlings go in the ground in about a month. I too, LOVE the purple varieties. Love yalls humor...😁😁🌻
Thank you for this wonderful comment. I really needed to hear it. It’s comments like these that keep me chugging along making more content. Wow your tomato season starts just as mine is fizzling away. I can’t wait til next year. I’ve been trading seeds like a mad woman and will have so many new varieties to grow. I hope you have an incredible harvest this year. Happy gardening to you. 😊
Ben is quite humorous 😂 and I'm glad I'm not the only one still trying to make my way through the bzillion tomato varieties 😁
Yes he keeps a smile on my face most days 😆. And you’ve got that right. I’m in trouble next season because I’ve collected over 200 new varieties. It’s gonna be hard to pick what to start from seed.
I grew Pink Jazz in ground this year and my largest one was over 2 lbs... and they were so delicious!!
Wow. Awesome. I love those giant tomatoes when I grow them. And pink jazz is absolutely one of the prettiest slicers I’ve ever grown.
Ben knows a lot about tomatoes, too! ❤ how fun
Yes he really does listen while I talk his ear off about them sometimes. And he like to do a little research and find fun facts to share when he’s in a video.
@@jencordial it's great to have a hobby that you both can work together on. ❤️ 🙂
Awesome!
Thank you ❤️
This is sooooooooooo AWESOME!!!!
Thanks Tony!!! I’m glad you enjoyed watching 😊
You two crack me up. The varieties are great to hear about, too. Harvard Square and Vinson Watts are on my list.
Thank you for the kind comment. I’m glad you added Harvard Square to your list It’s definitely worth a try.
Beautiful tomatoes!
Thank you very much😊. Tomatoes are my most favorite thing to grow.
Hi new subscriber. I've traded tomato seeds with you on tomato obsession Facebook group. I love tomatoes!! Thanks for all the tomato tasting videos. I've got a you tube channel also.
Hi Jane. That’s awesome I’ve traded with you. Thanks for your comment. I love that you reached out on here. I have subscribed to your channel as well. There will be so so many many more taste tests this year. I can hardly wait. 😊❤️
@@jencordial that's so exciting!
The combination of both of your comments on each tomato is like the perfect balance 😊
Thank you. I’m glad you enjoyed watching. I’m planning on doing several more this upcoming summer. Im growing over 200 new to me varieties.
@@jencordial looking forward to it 🤗
Hahaha, plump thing with a naval. Ben just described my belly!
Ha ha 😆
The sam’s club description from Ben cracked me up lmao 😭😂😂💀
He has a very unique way of describing tomatoes doesn’t he. ❤️
You guys are super adorable. Fun fact. My name is Jennifer and I named my middle son Benjamin, and every time my husband calls out "Ben" or "Jen," we both yell, "WHAT???"
Thank you. What a sweet thing to say. Jen and Ben. Both great names. We’re are sometimes called Bennifer. Lol
@@jencordial I am looking foward to more taste tests. from you guys. I am in South Florida so we are just starting our tomato planting season right now. I have root knot nematodes in my raised beds so this season is going to be a challenge.
I grew a hybrid of carbon and Cherokee purple but it was called Cherokee Carbon. People be making names for hybrids that already exist
Yes there are probably a lot of varieties out there with the possibility of being the same tomato with different names.
😆your husband is hilarious 😂
He keeps me laughing daily. 😁
You guys are entertaining! Do you guys work?
Thank you 😊. We try to keep things fun and not take ourselves to seriously. And yes we both work. I’m a dental hygienist and my husband works at CSX.
Kool, I am an Application Security Administrator.
"love apples"
That’s right Greg. Love 🍎
Omg. Could you two be any cuter?
No I don’t think so. That’s as cute as we get. 🤣❤️
Pretty cat is she a little strange like most Calico's
Thank you. And yes she sure is. She’s quite moody and very vocal about everything. She’s definitely the queen bee and has a huge personality.
Where is the salt?? Lol you can’t taste test without salt 🤣🤣
That is my favorite way to eat tomatoes with salt or on a piece of bread with Mayo but for the purpose of taste tests I feel it should be a very clean no additional condiments kinda deal 😂
@@jencordial yeah I get it.. but salt brings out the flavor I think. I can’t wait to grow a bunch of varieties and do a taste test with my family. So fun!! 🤩 🍅
sound sux
Thank you for your input. I will try to improve for next years taste tests.
