Included is the base with side handles, pressure cooker lid, air fryer lid, inner pot, air fry basket and base, tray for broiling and dehydrating, rack and a pad to put down a hot lid or basket, it can also be used as a storage cover. With the Airfryer lid, the unit measures 15.3 inches tall, 13.6 inches wide and 14.8 inches long. With the Pressure Cooker Lid, the height is 14.2 inches, width is 13.6 inches and length is 14.8 inches. The cord length is 30 inches. There’s a full guide and a safety, cleaning and troubleshooting guide as well as a cooking time table for vegetables, meat, seafood, rice and beans. For rice and grains, the water ratio is also given. For white rice, rice to water ratio is 1 to 1. If you’re cooking black beans, soaked beans will take 6 to 8 minutes to cook and dry beans will take 20 to 25 minutes. I’ll show you all the parts first and then cook a few things.

Thank you for this brief , '...just the facts' Ma'am ' -approach. I received an Instant POT air fryer with few instructions (only the safety guide!). I read it thoroughly and if I followed 'Instant Pot's instructions ' to the letter. Somebody would have ruined their AirFryer-!

What a well-presented and useful review, actually the best review I've seen. You show things straightforwardly, in the right amount of detail for a cook, and the information on cleaning is also very good. You've helped me decide to buy the Instant Pot. We have gas and electricity costs rocketing up in Europe right now, and I've been looking for a cost-effective alternative to my large range cooker which takes over half an hour to come to temperature. The Instant Pot will be an excellent alternative.

How can I get the cooking time table?
In past pressure cookers,when cooking beans a little oil was added to keep the beans from foaming up too much. Is this necessary with the instapot?
