Hello my beautiful family! Hope you are all having a blessed and beautiful day! Hope you had an amazing Christmas next to you love ones! Here’s another easy and delicious recipe you you enjoy it just as much as we do! 😊💗 perfect for New Years ♥️
I did your Chicken Pozole for the first time and it came out good the only thing the red chile didn't come out to red because I didn't add too much chile but other then that thankyou for your recipe.
Shout out to Claudia for doing what my mama couldn’t do, teach me how to cook, & not because she didn’t want to, but because I don’t understand what “un poquito, y un punió” means 😂
Thank you so muchhhhhh!! I’ve been looking all over UA-cam for a red chicken posole not using a whole chicken. And this seems super fast and easy too can’t wait to try it! Thank you! 😄
I decided to make this recipe yesterday not knowing that there is a hominy shortage here in California. I couldn’t find hominy anywhere at all in my area of Southern California which is so crazy. I had already bought all the other ingredients so I decided to use the Mexican garbanzo beans in place of the hominy and it was still absolutely delicious! Great recipe! My hubby loved it too. 👍🏻
Another delicious success with your recipes! I did tweak it a bit as I only needed 5-6 servings. I used the instant pot pozole rojo and the chicken pozole recipe to come up with" instant pot chicken pozole" and a smaller batch. It was wonderful. I had gotten into a sad habit of using canned enchilada sauce for my pozole for a quick version while working. Truly, it doesn't take that long to prepare the chilies for a much earthier and richer sauce! Can't wait for leftovers tonight!
Just made this today and my husband LOVED IT!! It was super easy for me to make and I’m no chef. I’ve always thought Pozole was so hard to make. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe :)
Pozole is so easy but for some reason I thought it was hard to do as well...then when I FINALLY had the courage to do it, it turn out amazing. Now I do pozole all the time.
I tried your pork pozole on Christmas Eve. Never made it in my life and everyone loved it! I will try this one. Can you tell us how to do the cucumber salsa?
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! I made this for the first time. I doubled the ingredients to make for my party. Everybody loved it!! Making it again for Christmas Eve😊 God bless you and your family!
I want to say thank you for sharing your recipes with us. Your recipes always come out delicious. I have made so many of your recipes for the family and they are always a hit!!!!
Thank you!! I made the green posole for Christmas, everyone loved it so much they asked me to make it again for New Years.. I made this red posole and it was an even bigger hit!! It’s so delicious!! My neighbors were shook when they found out I made it from scratch ahahah. Thank you so much!!
Can't wait to make this red chicken pozole Claudia! I made your original green chicken pozole last week and my husband is still raving about it! Think I'll make him this one for New Years! Thanks!
Another great recipe! Made this yesterday for new years, and even my super picky dad has absolutely no criticism. Thank you again! I've tried so many of your recipes and none of them have failed me yet!😁
@CookingConClaudia this recipe was so so easy . You turned me into a pozole cook! Great recipe and don’t cheat yourself on the chilies. 2nd time making in last 3 weeks . The spicy version is the best !! Thank u
I just finished the last of the chicken mole I made on Christmas (only made a little) and was wondering what I was going to do for dinner tomorrow. I am DEFINITELY making this! I already have all the ingredients too so its perfect timing, thank you for your recipes!!
Man! I had the opportunity to taste this dish from a coworker of my girlfriends mother. If I tell you this was one the best tasting, flavourful soups I've ever had! Just absolutely delicious!! I'm going to try my hand at it, don't know if it'll be as good as what I tasted but I'm going for it 😁 I'm going to add cob corn and use chick peas to mine just for a different spin on an already magnificent dish.
Another outstanding recipe thank you looks delicious been watching your videos for quite some time now learned a lot thanks again hope you're having a great holiday season 🤗

I usually make my posole different. I would cook the corn and the sauce separately (Oaxaca style). I wanted to try something different. This recipe turned out good. The only thing I didn't put was Chile morita lol. I couldn't stop eating I think I was sitting on the dinning table for an hour. So good. BTW I heard about this channel from jehiely and Alex 👏 ❤
Claudia, I did it. I made it TODAY it was easy! Thank you for sharing this. The toughest part was finding all the different types of Chile but I had most of the other ingredients already. It's cold and cloudy today in Tucson and it tastes pretty yummy to me. :)
Your makeup looks bomb!! Never made posole but I been craving it so bad! and we recently moved so I’m not near my momma anymore so thank you for this ❤️

I have made your pork pazole and recieved the highest compliments from a Texas transplant from Mexico. She said it was so good. I will make this one her now! Thank you
2 years after you post this video and let me tell you, this recipe is fire 🔥 so delicious. It does not need a single thing added after you’re finish. I added 4 chiles de arbol and 😅 it came out a bit spicy. Nevertheless, thank you so much !
Thank you so much for sharing this super easy yummy pozole recipe. I made it tonight for my family and they loved it especially my hubby !! Happy New Year to you and your family .
So you said if we don’t want it spicy then use guajillo chiles…but in place of what because you use three different ones so I was just wondering which one ? Thank you
Hi Claudia!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Been waiting for another delicious recipe!! This looks so amazingly good 😋 hope you and your family had a great Christmas!! I saw your story on Instagram of your kids opening their gifts, they were so excited and happy 🙂 I got excited myself just watching! Love y'all so so much!! Y'all are the best parents ever and you have wonderful kids! ❤️🤗
Happy New year! First of all I love all your recipes and have made many of them. Making this right now and I added 5 tablespoons of salt and it tastes really salty, will the Chile even out the saltiness. I’m a little worried at this point 🙁
Looks so delicious❤️.. Question: if I dont wants it to be spicy but love the color what so I do? My nephew doesn't do spicy food but me and my sister can do mild..lol. God bless you and ur family. I love watching ur videos.❤️👏🏾

Claudia, You really should make a cookbook!!! I would buy, and buy for family and friends
How do I know if I need to strain?
I did your Chicken Pozole for the first time and it came out good the only thing the red chile didn't come out to red because I didn't add too much chile but other then that thankyou for your recipe.
Shout out to Claudia for doing what my mama couldn’t do, teach me how to cook, & not because she didn’t want to, but because I don’t understand what “un poquito, y un punió” means 😂
After you cook for a while, “un poquito y un puño” comes naturally. I was taught to cook as a teen & about 20 hrs later, ahora si se tantearle 😁
@@ItsME-no1youno Hopefully one day I can learn to tantearle 😭 I swear that’s a “Mexican” skill I didn’t inherit 😂
I learned like that too 😭 till this day I will ask my mom for a recipe and those are her exact measurements but now I know exactly what that means 😊😅
How about us mom's
No tiene chiste un poquito!!
I know how you feel! Lol!
Would love to see you do a short video describing the different types of dried chiles, their flavor and spiciness.
Claudia I come back to this recipe over and over is one of my family favorite. Thank you for your time
Thank you so muchhhhhh!! I’ve been looking all over UA-cam for a red chicken posole not using a whole chicken. And this seems super fast and easy too can’t wait to try it! Thank you! 😄

Hello Felicia

I had already bought all the other ingredients so I decided to use the Mexican garbanzo beans in place of the hominy and it was still absolutely delicious! Great recipe! My hubby loved it too. 👍🏻
Claudia!!! I made this pozole for NYE, it was a huge hit!! Absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it!! Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Another delicious success with your recipes! I did tweak it a bit as I only needed 5-6 servings. I used the instant pot pozole rojo and the chicken pozole recipe to come up with" instant pot chicken pozole" and a smaller batch. It was wonderful. Girl there's only two Cooks I go to on UA-cam for my Mexican recipes and you are one of them! Bless you ❤️
Jauja Cocina Mexicana makes a bomb pozole. She uses fresh hominy not the canned stuff.
Did you take the seeds out for the Chile de arbol or left it in?
@@mg192 I took them out. It was a fast process, wasn’t too bad.
Seriously thank you for using measurements and thank you for being so easy to understand!! Love all your food recipes❤️🥰
I tried your pork pozole on Christmas Eve. Never made it in my life and everyone loved it! I will try this one. Can you tell us how to do the cucumber salsa?

I didn’t add the chile morita either and it still came out delicious!
I made this today with some Mexican cornbread and boiled okra and it is fabulous

Can’t wait to try this… I have made your chicken caldo and it’s a big hit in our house when the cool weather comes.
I ended up using your other pozole video that you used pork and sub chicken breast. Best thing ever! Even my grandparents loved it
This week I made both your barbacoa recipe and this pozole both delicious and easy thank you!
Me encanto tu receta tu manera de hacerlo yo en lo personal casi no preparo pozole de pollo, pero tendré que probarlo de esta manera. 😘🙏🏼

Grasias Claudia ! Me salió rico ! 💙
I just did this for the first time I probably went to far with the Chile de árbol but delicious! I’ll be having seconds tomorrow
It looks wonderful! Toward the end of the written recipe it says "8 whole cloves." Are those the spice called cloves or more cloves of garlic?
Easy to follow recipe 😋. Looks absolutely delicious 😋 😍.
Been waiting for this recipe for a while now. I know how to make it its kinda the same tbh but yours cut my prep time so thanks! Looks delicious
This turned out amazing!!!! My first time making pozole 😁
This was absolutely amazing. Thank you!
Looked really good. I would chop the chicken with bones still connected. Throw the chile mixture in a lot sooner so it soaks all the flavors.
Hello Claudia. Hope you and your Family had a wonderful Christmas and that God Blessed you all. Looks Delicious. Perfect for these Rainy days.
Blessings your way friend!!!!!😊
Hola Claudia! Para cuantas porciones rinde esta receta?
Does frying the sauce really make a difference? I’ve never done it so just curious if it makes a difference or not. Thank you 😊
Cooking the sauce with the oil helps to bring out more of the flavour, just like how roasted tomatoes have stronger savoury flavour than raw tomatoes.
Did you strain the Chile sauce ??
Thanks for the recipe my family said it was good! ❤
Mmm que Rico. Ima have to make this soon.
You should do a green chicken pozole recipe as well 🤤
I can’t wait to make this! I love all your recipes. Please show us your cucumber salsa recipe too!!!
How long do you boil the chicken?
Amazing recipe !
How do you make your cucumber salsa ?? 😋😋🥲🥲

God bless you and ur family. I love watching ur videos.❤️👏🏾
Chile ancho is just to add color 😊 if you don’t want it to be spicy at all use 25 Chile guajillo and the 3 Chile anchos
@@CookingConClaudia thank you so much🥰🙌🏾
What spices did you use I didn’t see it in the description box
This was so easy to make and it was good❤ thank you for sharing I have learned alot since I joined your channel
Fix that good old meal thanks for sharing it Claudia..😘😊
Finally a real recipe!
Claudia! It says 8 whole cloves in your ingredients for the salsa, would I boil the cloves and blend them too or just set to boil?
What type clove is she talking about because it says 4 garlic clove above? Does she mean pepper clove
