I got one, and it lasted for one magazine then it would not work anymore.! I am in Quebec Canada. I contacted the agents right across the country...from coast to coast. They all said "We have no service facility anywhere, we just replace units, but in your case youve had it 2 months so you are out of luck , so I sent an email to the company in TAIWAN and am awaiting results to it. I want replace or refund as I never dealt with a company that cannot service what it sells
