As much as I love the AE86 and want one. Even if I am a fan of Initial D. I just love the sound of the 4AGE and 7AGE those are some of my favorite sounding motors. Even if I don't have an AE86 one day, I want to get those motors into something at least.
Vincent LE Hmmm. The seal kit was like $250, the ecu was $1200, the entire fuel system was about $500, the radiator was $150. The headers were $650. Wheels and tires were $800. Levin front end was $1600. Coilovers were $1800. I paid $2500 for the engine + rolling chassis :). I would say 8 or 9k all in? Theres a bunch of little bits and bobs that add up too. Jeesh and I’m not even done yet... still need LSD, bushings, better steering rack, better fuel cell, roll cage... Definitely a big commitment.
