    Hlo sir iam from Nepal Nd I started to go to the gym because I am very skinny Nd before going to the gym I was only 52 kg Nd now iam 59 kg Nd my height is 5.8 inch sir Nd iam doing strength exercise to gain weight as said by my friends but sir I really want help from professional like u so I don't know what what should I do Nd I don't have work out plan also I usually go to the gym Nd do exercise
    my daily work out plan
    1 at day=chest
    2nd day=back
    3rd day =leg
    4th day =chest
    5th day=back
    6th day =leg
    plzzzz help me to prepare my own schedule for strength exercise

      Back and biceps and forearms( target short head of biceps) 4 back excercises and 3 biceps excercises and 3 forearms excercises
      Shoulders and legs and abs( train shoulders first) 5 shoulders excercises and 3 legs excercises and 2 abs excercises
      Chest and triceps and cardio ( 3 chest excercises and 3 triceps excercises) and 5 mins to 25 mins cardio
      Back and biceps and forearms( target long head of biceps) 3 back excercises and 3 biceps excercises) and 3 forearms excercises
      Legs and shoulders and abs(train legs first) 4 legs excercises and 3 shoulders excercises and 2 abs excercises
