I lost 8 pounds by using this method along with dumbbell and pull up bar just to see faster results and it took long though because my diet needed to be cleaned up. Which I fixed by adding vegetable salad to every meal. And eating dinner early(5-7pm) I also also limited sugar. I don't eat out unless special occasions. Thought I'd share for those who want to know if it's possible with a switch game and a little determination. I look forward to the next knockout home fitness game.
Echoing: With how important form is their throwing out new moves w/o a small demo video beforehand is baffling, but I guess that it is fine since there are tutorial materials after you 'acquire' them?
I agree with you. I was looking fwd to it but the lack of things to unlock was disappointing. I also thought there would be a custom option that helps with making a goal for what you want to achieve but its pretty empty. Would have loved tutorials for new moves like the fitness boxing games give. I was very thrown off by 1st workout.
Was looking for something slightly different as I've put about 400 hours into the Fitness boxing games, ring fit is very mild so using that currently but thought this might be good, I may get it if it ever goes on sale. But just after some basic keep fit now that I've dropped 82kg's using fitness boxing and yes that is serious, I was 180kg's at the start of the pandemic due to a near death and horrible pain management from doctors (Put me on a med that caused massdive weight gain then blamed the weight for my pain, the pain I was put on the med that caused the weight gain, yeah, doctors suck with pain). Weed changed my damn life alongside the freaking Switch and my brother the most supportive bitch on the planet who really was my rock in dropping the weight.
Well done man, im trying to lose weight too can you tell me how many minutes you did per session and how many times a week? Thats really impressive and was wondering if fitness boxing does indeed make you slimmer
I didn’t see any option to change the length for daily challenge, but you can play the 3-minute fitness as long as you like afterwards. That would be a nice feature. Hopefully they have an update with something like that in the future.
I'm a bit late but you unlock the 20 minute mode and 30 minute mode later. Alternatively, you can also change the date on your switch console and you'll be able to do another set of daily challenges.

When a workout features a new move, a graphic warns you so you can access the tutorials.
