I used to do zumba and just dance for 1.5 hour daily. I definitely recommend just dance. You can follow UA-cam videos from just dance. I guess you are punjabi so I also recommend you to do bhangra if you like to lose weight. It will help you 👍

I am doing this zumba from march month ... My size was xxl before that.. My belly were big , butt were big ..but now those dresses are became loose and now im fitting into l size.. I dont know but the results were amazing in this zumba..But i didnt go on diet i did ate my cravings but still i did zumba for 2 hours every 6 days in a week and nowadays my body feel so light and i can be active very well than before☺ zumba is very best one that cardiac... Enjoyment and burning calories at the same time😁

Kristen, I'm so proud of you! This quarantine is such a challenge. I'm a hiker and LOVE hiking with my group. We were generally hiking together twice a month. Quarantine came and that ended for now. :( It seems like my whole time has been spent teaching and in the kitchen. I've gained weight and can't believe my daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and I didn't get back on track sooner. The good news is that the dress that I'm wearing still fits, but I feel so out of shape. Thanks for the inspiration. I think I still have time to get back to it. The challenge for me is that what motivates me to exercise is as much the social interaction with friends as the exercise part. But... thanks to your video, I feel motivated to get back on track with healthy eating and exercise.
I have a red dress that I have not been able to wear and I was excited when I was able to put the dress on I sent Snapchat to all my friends saying “I need somewhere to wear this to” . From watching your videos you can see just in your face that you have lost weight in the past month.
I've been doing Chloe Tings "2 week shred" challenge since that's been a hot video trend on UA-cam during quarantine. My legs hate me but hopefully I can stick with it and get fit. Hi Kristen - back when this all started for me I would go for a walk in the morning. I started January 17th just walking 2k when I woke up, about 5:30. I've been off since then. As of today I set my alarm for 3:20am to get up. Now I'm walking 10km every morning and stopping to do 30 push-ups every lap around my block. At the end I do some stretching and toning exercises. After 3-months I stepped on a scale and found out I lost NOTHING. Disappointed to say the least. I guess maybe I should try on my work pants to see how they fit now since I haven't worn those since the 16th of January. Hoping it's muscle gain. By the way our kids started going back to school yesterday, May 8th, and I'm supposed to go back on May 18th.

Hi, i,m a bit late but did you use a fitbit to measure accurately how many cals you actually burn. I find i wasnt burning as much as it says on screen after a class. 😊
do Just Dance....its not under workouts but just effective & more songs and a lot of the songs has a dance for each level of intensity & can compete with your partner or a friend
Introvert that doesnt like to work out and likes music its a heavenly option. If I get bored of their music I put my own music and keep dancing with them.
I go to KKardio or LiveLoveParty's channel for some cardio and do some strength training every MWF. I also watch Greg Doucette's videos for useful and real information about building muscles and weight loss. I just take his advice on what are the best workouts for specific body parts and make my own routine. I also watch Fitness Blender's videos for stretching exercises. I can only recommend Chloe Ting's workouts for beginners coz she is motivating and helps you get into fitness, but you may get injured because she doesn't teach the proper form when working out, even she doesn't have a proper form. I also recommend MadFit :D
If I can do a helpful hint.. don't do a hour each day do 20-30 minutes switch it up. But still do everyday. And you can find zumba dance on UA-cam. I watch them everyday.

I just watched your video as i have been trying to find a way to serious reduce my belly fat and I found it amazing that Zumba could reduce your clothing size by 4 sized. I also have to reduce my BMI for a very serious and important life improving surgery. I am not a fan of how it gets boring I would like to invest in a fitness game fitness boxing or Zumba. Ring fit 30 lbs is an amazing result for your husband. I really want to invest in the right program. I imagine Zumba classes would cost a fortune. So buying a 40 or 60$ game would be an investment especially if it can benefit my health. I also intermittent fasted for a while. I lost 5 lbs first week could eat anything I wanted then it didn't seem to make any difference so it got discouraging. My body type is an endomorph which means my bodys metabolism adapts to store and burn fat as needed. I essentially need to trick my metabolism to not store fat but to burn it but the routine is very difficult. Any thoughts would be appreciated I have to do something about my BMI I have to make sure its below 30 otherwise this surgery will not be possible. My life will not be enjoyable without this surgery so I really would appreciate your help. This girl is willing to do what she has to to make it work but a game might be a wise investment since I am a gamer. Thanks looking forward to your suggestions

I miss my Zumba Classes 3 times a week, that studio is now out of business. And since I am not subbing or going to school. I spend time helping veterans with bicycle rides. And in doing so I lost a few pounds. Quarantine has been rough on me the bicycle riding has been my saving grace.

Honestly working out every single day does not sound great for the body, the body needs time to rebuild and get rest but I'm so glad it worked out for you!
I have both, and there are differences but yes the concept is similar. I prefer Zumba because: It doesn’t require a subscription It automatically tracks fitness instead of having to remember to play in a fitness setting You can choose to work out to individual songs OR class mode, in which case you pick the length of class you want, and the intensity. I kinda like seeing peoples faces rather than the faceless dancers in Just Dance

When you say everyday? Do you mean 5 days a week or 7? Just curious because I want good results but it is easier for me to do Monday through Friday.
