Your Fitness Boxing video combined is the most comprehensive guide online :D . As for the game I have a somewhat similar experience, bought it in january, did it 6days a week for 2 month then 3 days until now. I had sore muscle for the first week and then my body somehow adapted. Lost around 6kg without changing diet (5 in the first 2 month), with the added bonus that I now have much more energy and I feel springy. Regarding advanced exercise I think some of them require you to learn a bit about boxing so that they feel natural ( stay relaxed and tense up just before hitting, exhale as you punch, focusing on pulling back the opposite shoulder to add speed when performing a strike, ect... ) . Btw weaves and moving left/right/forward/backward are really dependent on the timing to register, but with time you get the hang of it. I still have trouble with the "sway back" motion, but I'll get it to register 100% of the time eventually. And I 100% agree that they should add a plate (even if it's a non-scoring one) when you need to load a left punch.
I feel bad. I took a break because I hurt my back and never got back into it. That was in March. Haven't played since March 18th. And I found you around the same time this game came out. I got the old one, but still. I felt so good boxing. I feel like I want to get back into it. Any advice on how to get motivated again?
I had the same issue with my back. Then I watched some boxing videos and realised my form was wrong. I was punching too far away from my body. Now I keep it in tight and imagine my opponent is right in front of my face. And I keep my core/Abbs tight. It really helps!
These games are always fun for a "short" while until they just become boring. I've just been doing more fun activities like walking to the grocery store and back or cleaning my attic, play with my cats more, help my neighbours move some furniture around, vacuum the house everyday etc, etc. I feel like i need to have an actual "purpose" to move. Just standing there mindlessly throwing punches doesn't really do it for me. But to each their own. Good review 👍
I mean to be honest, it's no more boring then walking/jogging on a treadmill or using any other cardio machine that matter. If I had to choose between regular cardio and fitness boxing, I'd choose the latter (every single time). But I definitely agree that being more active overall is the best way for weight loss and the healthiest long-term solution to ensure that you STAY healthy. I just started walking a few weeks ago and boy...is it a lot more exciting than I thought it'd be
@@flaim9906 They are. Humans just need to stay active, wich is done by simply living life and having a job and hobbies and doing stuff. Mindlessly lifting heavy weights or running marathons is literally pointless. Humanity was doing just fine before gyms were invented. Food has always been around. It's technology that's causing people to get out of shape, but no one wants to hear that because they love technology too much.
There is a fitness boxing ‘fist of the Northstar’ version coming out in March this year 😇 Looks like fitness boxing 2 with a ‘kenshiro’ skin to be honest, but I’m going to get it just for the fun of it 🦾
Been playing for a month straight, everyday. Giving good results to me!
hey congrats!! what kind of results have you noticed?
I have been using it every day since I got it in the beggining of the year! Thanks for your reviews on fitness boxing 1 & 2! :)
I have bad knees and really want a form of arm-based cardio… This sounds like it could be worth trying
My arms hurt for playing this game for an hour lol

Don't focus on motivation. Focus on discipline. Motivation is temporary

Is it still fine to play it without a tv?

We don’t care
@@cloudcanoe Sure you do. Otherwise you wouldn't take the time to reply to a comment that's almost half a year old.
