    They should make a Pokémon based exercise game that uses all the fighting types in a gym
    Fire punch
    Ice punch
    Bullet punch
    Machamp
    Hitmonchan
    Mid exercise evolutions
    Unlockables

    We have the Ringfit and Knockout. Ringfit is the king of the gamification of exercise. Knockout is the slightly more no brainer option which is why we bought it, as it's easier to jump into for members of our family who are not familiar with gadgets and the switch in particular

      Thats cool! Yeah, Ring Fit is the king haha! I personal feel FB2 is more beginner friendly, but thats subjective :)

    Thank you for this video! I already have KHF on the way but wanted to see how the two compared regardless. I'll probably get FB2 eventually just so I have something to switch it up every now and then.

    As someone who does mixed martial arts and has a teacher to help me with technique home knockout is a great drilling tool

    My personal favorite of the two is Knockout Home Fitness. It has a better soundtrack and more variety in workouts. The trainers also look and sound more natural than the trainers in Fitness Boxing.
    Also, Fitness Boxing 2 has a lot of blue light, especially in the menus. My eyes usually hurt after playing it, whereas I don't have that problem with Knockout. Also, Knockout Home Fitness has larger text than Fitness Boxing 2, so I have an easier time navigating Knockout's menus in Tabletop Mode than Fitness Boxing 2. Because of that, I usually only play Fitness Boxing 2 in the day and in TV Mode, while I usually play Knockout at night or in Tabletop Mode, although Fitness Boxing also works in Tabletop if you don't change any settings or outfits.

    I have to agree with your comparison, at least from my experience of both demos.
    As someone who is nearly at a 2 year streak on the original fitness boxing, I want something different, I have downloaded the demos of both fitness boxing 2 and knockout home fitness and was immediately impressed by the intensity and variety of the knockout workouts, although the exact move your supposed to do is quite hard to follow sometimes.
    The additional options and settings in fitness boxing 2 are tempting, but I think knockout would be my first choice between these two.

    FB2 just got boring, and I was so happy that something new got out! KHF is much more efficient and energetic, as I was bored already with FB2. FB2 is much better tracked, more technical, but it is more for the player to learn and to use that moves in KHF game. We should remember that both those options are very energentic workouts, not the martial arts workouts, but some good fitness, very entertainig:) I am still also enjoying the Ring Adventures:) btw. I think - all people should have nintedno fintness at home:) i wish some more fitness options in the future:) btw. I am really enjoying KHF, I like those short sessions and my high heart rate:) Enjoy!

      I kind of preferred FB2 mostly because of having limited space to move around.. Wish I had more room to play but without doing some heavy lifting before and after playing its not possible. =(

    Its so fun!!! I do the daily workout then just keep going through different 3 minute mode. I hope they come out with another one. Im in love with this game and also Ring Fit of course.

    Great comparison video! I love the new moves for homefitness. But with my family who are not the brightest when it comes to workouts, Avoiding injury I would go far RB2. Knockout home fitness looks great to jump in too since Ive been use to both RB1 and 2 and can deal with the missing options.

    I loved this! I'm looking for something to compliment Just Dance and Ringfit so I'm probably going with KHF because I like more explosive trainings. Thank you, Peter!

    Thank you! I've been looking for a game to supplement Ring Fit Adventure (love your content) and have a hard time deciding between these two, even after playing the demo's. Fortunately I still have some demo sessions left, so I can still mull it over a bit more and take your ideas into consideration.

    Good comparison! I have bad legs and want something arm-based for cardio and have been leaning towards getting fitness boxing. KHF is 50% off at the moment so might try that first. Is KHF good for someone with terrible knees?

    • @MasterTrainerPeter
      @MasterTrainerPeter  Рік тому +4

      Theyve got a lot of similarities, but leg positioning is important for both. You do more switching on the spot in KHF, so I reckon FB2 will be better for you.

      I'm a bit late, but you can set knockout home fitness to upper body only. I have bad knees as well with two knee surgeries so far.
      It is quite forgiving if you do leave it on full body though. It tracks knee strikes but not switches and kicks so you can skip them if needed.

    I agree with this list its because i was getting bored of fitness boxing 2 because i felt like i'm just running on a treadmill i needed more intense workouts that don't drag on as long but have more variety such as working my calves and legs more so that i feel effects of workout better so yeah if ya played fitness boxing for several months to a year this is a great transition and while their isn't as much cosmetics the 60 workouts as opposed to fitness boxing 30 workouts and the variety more then makes up for it and the intensity short burst exercise will keep ya coming back getting you in and out with the daily workout as quick as possible. I would do fitness boxing 2 for about 6-12 months and then move onto knockout home fitness for maintenance of exercise. The 10 or 20 minute sessions means you can get the exercise where ya can just like 3-5 min fitness mode and because of that you are more likely to stick to it.

    • @MasterTrainerPeter
      @MasterTrainerPeter  3 роки тому

      It certainly is convenient to have the shorter workouts, with more intensity! But you can do short ones on FB2 as well :)
