From Tree to Treasure: Turning Live Edge Oak into a Unique Crotch Bowl

This is how i woodturn an oak crotch bowl, a delicate process to keep the bark on. this type of woodturning is a risky process as the turning can be dangerous due to the shape and unbalanced rotation. the outcome is beautiful with a lovely shape when done correct. im no professional but take your time and respect the lathe and all will be ok.
I'm happy the bark stayed on, doesn't always though. i have the other side to make so they are a matching pair, i think they will be a pretty pair.
