REALLY timely, informative, and educational. I got turned on to you on by Freddy Charles, also timely (serious hands, corps hands, great player, traditional grip) who is right where I want to be with my traditional grip. But anyway, he cited you on a tutorial as someone to "really" check out on posture (it was a very cool referral). Just watched your video, excellent. I am looking for a next level of foot control, especially in lower volume, but complex, playing situations. Your exercises work "those" muscle areas where just that type of work is needed. Long comment, but thanks for the great information. 👍🏽
Hello Brandon. Thanks for your videos. I am discovering I am not doing so bad😉 I have a question (maybe you already responded) : do the foot have to slip on the pedal or not? Personally, I feel much better with slippery shoes 😉 (member of the improviser club;)
Branden, this is awesome! Can't wait to try these exercises

great information, thank you! Have you already spoken about exercises to build strength in these areas also? Hip flexors, core, lower back, etc?
