This is awesome!! First time and 1 round killed. Will build up. I did 10 rounds of yoga sun salutations for warm ups. The breakdown and tutorials in beginning are so beneficial and much appreciated. Question… could this be practiced daily?
Awesome. To answer your question. Yes, it can be practiced daily. Can you do it daily? That I can't answer. It would have to meet the criteria of conditioning, right weight selection, and many other variables which are unknown to me. Is it recommended every day? Probably not.
I'm thinking, since I've got delayed onset muscle soreness today, I'll probably give today a rest and recover first. Will have to tackle this tomorrow then with the full 4 rounds. :)
@@Cavemantraining I only was able to finish one round of the actual workout portion. The warm up portion I also loved. :) I'll do this tomorrow again and will try to go all 2 rounds of the workout portion itself. :) I'll most likely pace it so my form isn't all off. Muscle fatigue mainly today on the first round of the work out. :) I really enjoyed it.

This was VERY challenging even with a 10kg kb. 😅😅😅😅
