I recently purchased my first kettlebell. It's an 8kg one and I am going to do this as my first workout ever on this channel. Let's hope I will keep coming back 👍 Thank you!!
It's a challenging one for sure! The foundation is our ability to rotate through the thoracic. There's a few drills in this routine that will help you out: ua-cam.com/video/wiYaHY9FClo/v-deo.htmlsi=qXBTaPYLY1Ppc8KT
I'm moving every hour on the hour these days to avoid being sedentary, nothing intense, and I came across this video. I'm 5'7 185 lbs. What weight would you recommend I do these exercises with?
That’s a good strategy mate - one I’ve used myself! It really depends but anywhere from 6-12 kg can be a great starting place 👍 Err on the side of caution and build from there

Absolutely!! Thank you for stopping by, appreciate it
nice workout for mobility thank you :)
Glad you like it!
good to have a quick mobility break after sitting at the keyboard all afternoon
Yes I agree, thanks for stopping by and practicing with me 🙏
Would you say this would be a suitable warm up ? Or would you recommend something else ?
It could be, but depends what you’re warming up for :) I have some different warmups coming up on the channel soon!
I started kettlebell training with two bells a 4 kg.
The farmer walk is good.
Great to hear! Farmer's walks are excellent. I'm also a big fan of the suitcase carry!
Good stuff matey! This will be a good one for those lighter load days :)
Thank you matey, and for the pro camera skills. Hope so! :)
i know I'm kinda off topic but do anybody know of a good place to watch newly released movies online?
@Kyrie Gary I would suggest Flixzone. You can find it on google :)
@Kyrie Gary I watch on FlixZone. Just search on google for it =)
Thanks!
You're more than welcome Jesse!
I can’t do the exercise at 9:20. My arm won’t go back or up far enough. Is there something I can do to improve that mobility?

I've only got kettlebells, any recommendations for pushing/pressing exercises . I'm stuck with press ups.
They're a great tool! Overhead press, clean + press, snatch, floor press and Turkish getups are all good pushing-focussed exercises.
I used a 20 lb and it was good, there was some harder ones lol
Nice work mate!
I only own a 14 kg KB 🤦♂️
A light dumbbell can also work 👍
@@LukeJonesMOVE thanks 🙏
@@ChinatownNoodles Any questions, give me a shout!
