Hello~ This is VERYRIM^^
I made a popular cloud bread on social media these days~
You can make it with three ingredients: white, sugar and starch!
I think it's good to be able to make various colors using pigments~
I made it with blue and pink clouds, but the color is so pretty.
The touch is also fluffy and really good^^
It is recommended to make using various colors!

-material
90g egg whites
30 g sugar
10 g corn starch
◇ Recipe
1. Make meringues by dividing sugar into whites in No. 3.
2. Mix the meringue with corn starch.
3. Add coloring.
4. Bake in a 150'C oven for 30 minutes.
※ If you make the meringue too hard, the shape will become very small after baking!!
