Jesse Rizo You totally found your niche Jesse!! Btw I hate when cars pull up next to me and they are loud like that 😂 did you make merchandise? I see your shirt 👕
Lol the next videos coming I’m going to fix that :) the rattling is lowkey embarising lmfao, and I made like 3 different shirts some pens and some mouse pads and my friend made me stickers lol but I did it for fun lol thanks for noticing it :) lol
@@JesseRizo yo man i got everything done but need to put the loc in. I got a problem the left rear wires are yellow and brown and the right rear speaker is blue and orange... Which is positive and which is negative??
@@Gamersquadtttta not 100% sure but I think yellow=Posotive brown=negative, blue=negative and orange is for sure positive.
@@jeremyvillegas572 I got it all figured out found a wire diagram online thank the Lord lol thanks tho man.
THANK YOUUU. I INSTALLED MY ENTIRE SYSTEM AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY BECUZ THIS VID !!!!
I appreciate u watching :)!!
This is so cool growing up I remember watching my brother install amps.. HE was obsessed with doing that, so I'm slightly familiar with the lingo.. lol! Dropping by to show some LOVE!
ITs a fun hobby 😎 lol ur probably better at installing these then me then 😂👍, thanks AMANDA 😁👍👍👍
I’ve installed a lot of radios in my time, and you did a really excellent job explaining all of the steps. Well done man!
Out of all the videos on UA-cam this one was the one that was the most helpful, thank you!
Your welcome :) thank you for wqtching
Very informational! Great video!
Thanks friend :)!!
WOW! For $400 or less that’s a huge improvement over stock! Great detail in this tutorial I hope we can get some quality footage like this of the c6 👍 friction tape/loom tape definitely goes a long way in making the wiring look OEM.
Super friendly budget for a budget friendly good system I’ve heard people spend more and it sounds not as good lol, I hope so I want to see some videos on the c6 😎 lol, yes it’s awesome tape we use it a lot at work lol thanks for watching
i just wanted to say man that you explained everything great and in an awesome manor thank you so much i'm going to be installing my own sub woofer and amp in my 2013 civic soon enough and I've looked all over but everything was insanely confusing but the way you explained the process was super simple now i am looking forward to my set up.
Thanks for watching :)!!!
Did you ever complete the job? I am about to install dual 10s and amp to my stock 13 Civic as well. Best vid I have seen so far for sure
@@joekeller3999 have you installed your subs yet I’m also trying to install subs into my 2013 civic and I’m running into some trouble
Thanks i just finished your video series of front rear and now subwoofer installation. Super easy to follow and its nice to see the entire process stuggle and all
Thanks for watching 🙌🙌🙌
IK im three years late but you are a GOAT for this. And the removing the backseat video !!! Keep up the grind
Thanks for that man!!
Love watching your vids on the stuff you’ve done to your civic, they have been really helpful thanks,
!!keep me comin !!
Thanks for the support :)
Thanks for this tutorial man! Appreciate you always sharing these helpful videos.
Thanks for always supporting :)!!
That is so useful! And you are great in front of the camera! Always enjoyable to watch! :) x
Let’s throw one in ur car 👌 thanks :) I appreciate that a lot!!!
Thank you for showing in a easy way to install a amp 🔥 🙏🏼 I’m definitely subscribing
Thanks for watching :) and supporting
Very detailed installation instructions bro. Would you recommend installing a separate amp for your highs?
I would definitely recommended a separate amp only if you have upgraded your speakers if you did not then there’s no need for it you’ll just end up blowing your stick speakers but if you do upgrade your speakers (highs) and get a second amp getting the distribution block is highly recommended as well I talked about on this video, thanks for watching bro :)!!!!
Look here jesse.i have seen tons of these videos on how to hook up an LOC. i personaly think yours is the best.strait to the point.good camera views & not a bunch of blah blah blah about what kind of car i drive or or a bunch of distorted rap music playing &.well you get the point.thanks for a good tutoriol video on how to instal an sound system to a factory head unit.👍
I appreciate the positive feedback my friend I truly appreciate it :)!!!!
Awesome fam🤗💕💕💕 you are the best at cars period! hands down🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🤗
Thanks for another great upload💖
I appreciate that a lot believe me thanks :)!!!!!
Bro i watched many other videos and could not understand clearly but your video is super clear and easy to understand tanx bro
Damn bro that was a nice install .. I’m about to install my system in my Nissan Altima and watch this video while I’m doin it for help lol your a pro bro
Thanks for watching bro :) I appreciate that!!!!!
Not a pro lol just done a couple installs on these so feel a little more comfortable being able to show how to do it now lol
Thanks for watching
mans pulled the radio out to only add the REM and not convert from there LOL, still great and I see why you did it, this vid will help me when I install either today or Thursday
if you connect it from the dash can you run the wires straight to the amp or you absolutely need that special box that converts to rca
I've watched your previous videos about the front and back speakers and it helped a lot using the old bracket before i was gonna buy one
thanks for watching
Great video. Please remember to seal the hole under the fender- as I kept getting water in my car and it came from that hole
Pro install my friend, very easy to follow, well done, liked #13
Thanks friend :)
im halfway through bro. you answered literally 3 of my questions so far, and I don't even drive a civic. Awesome video
That’s awesome man I’m just glad I can help,
Thank you for watching I appreciate it alot
A couple more questions I'm trying to find though are with my LOC, I want to connect it to my stereo wires. Do I just cut all the required wires behind the stereo and connect them with the LOC wires? And with speaker wires, Do I just bring them to each front/rear speakers, cut and connect?
My setup is coming in a week, so I was just trying to prepare beforehand. Thanks for any input!
The loc just has to be connected to just rear speakers or just front speakers I connected mine to the rear speakers just because it was easier and I just connected the speaker wire directly to the speaker and the loc speaker wire straight to the speaker in the video I walk threw that process to hope that helps
I have a 4 channel amplifier and I want to power my front/rear speakers with it.
To my understanding, the speaker wires run around the car to the stock stereo. If I connect the LOC to the front/rear speakers there, do I just attach the RCA cables to the LOC, attach the RCA to my 4 channel amplifier, and it should power the front/rear speakers?
This confuses me because I don't understand the point of having 4 channels if I'm just going to use the RCA cables to power my speakers
I’m currently doing this now. This video is very helpful. I’m to the point that I just need to run the power and ground wire then I’m done!
Thanks for watching :)!!
Another great video dude! Keep them coming!👊
Thank you friend :)!!
Nice system and great instructions Jesse hope u having a great week
Thank you :)!!!
I’m subscribing because I just bought the same car including color and can’t wait to see more things as well. Thank you
If you ever have questions let me know my friend 👍 I appreciate the support thank you :)
Ur the only one dat goes into details about this shit , very informative man ............ some of u other guys dat says ur professional don’t kno shit about details hey thank again man 👍
Good video. Do you get a noise through the amp and subs when you power off the car?
Hi Jesse!!! I am hear to support no skipping!!! Ooh yess I remember those days with the truck rattling become husband had me yelling at people after getting out of his car hehehe!!! Lolol!!! When you do a video you are prepared!!! I love it!!! I saw the screws you were talking about by your gear shift or under the radio!!! The plastic removal tool helped so you won’t mess up your screen!!! I’m glad you remembered to put the car in park lolol!!! Great idea for the distribution box!!! For adding more amps!!! Good point on grounding Jesse!!! Agreed check the work before complete reinstalling!!!! Wow!!! It looked cleaned you did a fantastic job!!! You are the man Jesse!!! I soo loved your video!!! Xoxo Pam 💝💝💝💝
Lol the good days, I try to always be prepared :) and thanks for watching threw it pam it means a lot :)!!
Great video, explained very well, appreciate all the details 👍🏽
look so well down and i have a question, i have same model but i have lot of stuff in the trunk because its my work car what u suggest if i put a 8 inch sub in between speakers does it give decent sound i mean without subwoofer box.
Does the stock radio have some sort of RCA out? I have a 2013 civic si and i feel like if i tap into the stock sub it will somehow interfiere with the signal but i also feel like i will not get enough bass out of the read deck speakers
Great tutorial I must say I fully understand with the exception of one thing...when you tapped into the rear speakers for the amp does the remaining front speakers stay at factory level? Or do I tap into those as well.
Hiya, this is very helpful, if we need to install something like this we know the man we need to see😉 7:22 we got the same light , are you a mechanic? If not them you are good big THUMBS up 💖.
Hey man thanks for the video definitely was a BIG HELP! But I have one question if it’s a stick radio with no screen. Is it still wired the same way ??
This is awesome Jesse!! I am a complete moron when it comes to this stuff!!
Everyone can learn my friend :) thanks for watching
Hey Great video thanks I got an 2015 SI and I want to know the purpose of the convertor and if I want to unhook the twitters and factory bass how do i do it thanks
Great video! Really helpful but I had a question where did you put the ground to because I had it connected to the trunk but it didn't work until I ran one all the way to the battery in the engine bay
Your instructions are the best!!
Thank you so much :)!!
Jesse i got the High Low audio converter with Rem wire but need to know if hav to correct the rem wire to head unit's one or just to the amp from converter
Oh hell yeah great song!! Such a jam😁 cool tshirt too my friend 👍
:) start jammin lol !!!, THANKS friend :)!!!!!
I appreciate you watching :)!!!!!!!! 😁
I wired it all like you bro but im barely getting any bass out of the sub, should i wire it differently since mine is an Si with the factory amp and sub?
I miss my old system I had before I bought a new car! I’m thinking of getting a little one like this!
I bet man I use to have a full JL Audio system and man I miss that thing lol, Thanks bro for watching
About the high level converter connection im abit confuse, it looks like u taps the converter wire that stick out to stock deck speakers wire into T joint wiring style is it?
Because i thought that the converter 4 wires that stick out suppose to tap to stock speaker wire, its like to convert it to be rca and connect to amp. And then get new wire and connect from amp and straight to rear deck speaker. Correct me if im wrong.
Awesome video thank you I’m doing a system in my 2014 civic you helped a lot
U got it :) thanks for watching I appreciate it :)
If your car has a factory amp for door speakers do you by pass it or wire before or after it
do i have to run that exact converter if i’m using my stock stereo, and do yk if the wires are the same for your 2014 model (i have a 2015 civic)
Great job, man! I love the video. I was wondering what is the inline fuse kit you used and also how did you secure the box in the trunk so that it does not slide around while you're driving? Thanks. Hope to see more Civic vids soon!
The fuse kit I got was just a basic one from amazon 👍 as far as the box I use L brackets and bolted the subwoofer down to the carpet spare wheel cover (the floor in the trunk) I forgot to record that part but that’s pretty much all I did
Thanks for watching I appreciate that :)
Great video bro
I have a Honda Civic 2012 Coupe ,and I would like to install the RF P3D4 12 , could I use the same installation?
I have the same car. 2 12" punch 2's but about to install all new stuff. Massive Audio Torox 12's with Wolfram 2400.1 amp and new D5100R XS under hood and D3400R for trunk. XS Batteries. Big 3 all 0 gauge wire through out. So watching this helps .
Amazing video bro I’m doing mine Saturday
Thanks for watching!!
Very straight forward good work bredda
Thank you my friend I appreciate the compliment
Oh my gosh the trunk rattle from the bass! Thats crazyyyy
You did a really good job of cleaning up the wires!
Sounds like the trunks gna break off 😂 thanks eve 😎
Hi Jesse, excellent tutorial...so detailed...thanks for sharing, my friend :)
Thank you Ernest :)!!!
If I want to add another amp should I slice the blue cable from the trunk and make a 3 way for the second amp ?
This video is the BEST. I have a 10th gen civic would I need to take out my radio and tap into a wire for the remote to install a sub if I hook my remote wire to a fuse that is a power on only when the key is on???
Would it be possible to put a rca bass control knob on the high level converter? My amp doesn’t have a bass control plug
I’m trying to Do this but would it be a better idea to wire this to the stock sub in my civic?
videonuz güzelmiş izlerken sıkılmadım gerçekten
Nothing like a nice great sound system.
Thank you :)
on the high outut converter theres a yellow power wire.. could you just tap that to the amp power cable as well?
Yo yo holding it up...keep up the good work bro straight respects from Toronto
Thanks bro!! I appreciate that
Is it the same for the 15 civic si? Would i need that converter as well?
Hey bro I do that exactly like u but when turn on the car the bass make 3 or 4 boom! Just when turn on the car... you think is the btl interface??? I use one kicker regular one
That is because you have to change the individual gain on your hi low converter.
So when connecting straight to the radio, did you just cut the wire in half, wrap the amp wire and radio wire together, and then taped it all back up? I’m planning on installing all this stuff for the first time by myself this weekend. And I’m trying to understand that part
New to all this. So is tha amplifier only powering the subwoofer? Are the speakers powered only powered by the factory radio?
very nice eventhough i dont know about cars but im here to support thumbs up
I still appreciate you supporting thank you so much :)!
What kind of wire did you use to connect the back speakers to the converter.
Like#63. Love ❤️ this classic song The best thing about my Ford Focus is my stereo. Super cool 😎 subwoofers 🔊. Wow 😮 you weren’t kidding. You went slow and precise on how to install them but I appreciate it because not to bright 💡 when it comes to cars other then getting gas ⛽️ and remembering to get a oil change lol😘💕🌹
I tried to :) thanks for watching :)
Very helpful video I actually plan on having this done one day probably not on my car now but maybe in the future, thanks for the tutorial jesse keep it up!
Hell yea :) that’ll be nice 😎 lol thanks for watching bro
Great video bro. Keep up the good work
Thanks bro :) I appreciate that
Thanks for the video, . I just want to ask where did you buy your speaker box. Thanks in advance!
Just on amazon my friend I believe I typed in 12inch ported box and chose the best one for the money
thanks bro ! It helped a lot but you should also show everything you do more detailed as the high level converter instalation and how to trow the cables all the way to the back
You welcome bro,
N I had it recorded just the video was to long so I cut some pieces out 😅 sorry about that and thanks for the tip :)
Some of this is a little tempting for the Tacoma haha. Great video buddy!
I might be getting jl audio next but for my new car or truck 🤔 I got two weeks ago 😂👍 thanks bro
Getca LOC for your Tacoma, otherwise shitcsound.
Great video keep up the good work .
Thank you :)!!
What’s up so i have a 14 accord. Was wondering if you knew, about the ANC CONNECTOR that needs to be disconnected or mic wires cut?
Thank you a lot you have helped me understand more
This guy is the goat, I have never seen someone explain something so well
awesome video thanks dude ! did you make the music for this?
This is hard I’m getting this done on my 2012 Civic great video
I will be honest it’s a little mission,
Worth it though 😎 thanks for watching
Hi Jesse does the converter have to be connected to two speakers or it wil be fine connected to only one? Thanks hope you can answer this question
Two speakers my friend a left and a right side
Now when you tap into the cars rear speakers does the amp give the cars factory speakers power sense your running into them? Cause it seems like that would be to much power for them .
Would the remote wire be the same color in a 2013? I wired everything up correctly but my amp doesn’t even get power
Does it matter which wire you use from the rear speakers for the converter ?
Would it be possible to add links to all needed items you used on this ? Like the wiring kit and tools
very informative videos. keep it up!
Thank you 😁😁
Very informative video, Interesting.. Thanks for sharing Have a Great day
Thanks you as well :)
For the converter can i just tap into 1 speaker instead of 2 im just going to bridge the sub
Do you know the color speaker wire for each of the front and rear speaker? Thanks
Tapping into the rear speakers with the converter, do your rear speakers still work?
Yes 👍
Que marca de cableado usaste? Me podrias enviar el link de los cables, por favor.
Great video. Thanks.
Thanks for watching :)
I have a civic SI that has a small factory subwoofer. Do I need the power converter?
When you “tap” into your rear speakers do you just cut and splice it back together or. That part as me confused
You can just cut into the insulation and splice the wires that way and tape up
Should i get bass only out of the subs or voice to?
Was your sub 2ohm or 4 ohm single or dual voice coil and did you do wire parallel or series
It was a 4 ohm
Does the car has an accessories fuse that I can tab the remote line into?
bro is it the same remote color wire for a 2012 civic? thanks
