The view with the Venetian mall is a done deal! Unless you find a lower level floor eliciting a 'human' scale, being more connected to the "buzz" during the evenings, I can't imagine you guys want anything else. Have fun with the condo shopping!

Choose the view of the mall. The view of the back is only good until the next building gets built and covers your view.
Not heard about the price of these condos so we have an idea for comparisons.

4:26. I don't believe the cabinet doors are solid wood. It appears to be veneer wood or even laminates.
You are correct. Mike and Nelly do not know much about materials and construction.
@@propertyguru22 I am not 100% sure since I am not physically there to carefully look at it but I am 99.9% sure. Even when Nelly knocked on the door, it sounded much more denser than a solid wood door. Also, solid wood doors are unstable and not as durable as laminate/veneers.
@@valf.4589Correct, solid wood doors would not be practical for a humid climate. They were Laminate but should last 25 years.

I used to live in McKinley Hill and have the sunset facing condo unit, sunset view was amazing but its too hot come afternoon sun. I would go the for sunrise facing if you’ll ask me. Also install an inverter split AC as electricity can get too high during summer.

I missed Philippines already where my cousins telling me to visit urgently because of improvement and also for economic reasons . I believe your family will enjoy Philippines for a visit. Been your sub since you came to my country. I have a suggestion, choose a condo building an earthquake-proof, since the Philippines is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire - meaning we always have earthquake shaking every now and then. Just my two cents for you protection!

Wow, those are wonderful units and great views. But speaking of real estate investing, you might want to consider Arca. It's also in Taguig and it's being developed by same people behind BGC so they're patterning it to be next BGC. It's still under pre-selling mode which makes it cheaper and you'll be able to witness it be developed and you'll most likely won't have neighboring buildings yet so you'll be afforded great views -- just like BGC when it was beginning. And prices skyrocketed as soon as buildings are built. Just fyi, I'm not a real estate agent.
generally a great suggestion! we looked into it (there is a vlog about it) but it's a bit far for us as we want to have our family close to our place (in walking distance) when they come to visit us :)

You might consider SERENDRA TOWER at Bonifacio High Street which is much nearer to McKinley, where your condo is. Also same with ARCA South if you want to see it. I have been to the Studio Unit of Prince Plaza Greenbelt Makati and it was really small compared to the Studio Unit of 40 sqm. of this Megaworld Condominium which is really spacious.

Clarify with your agent if AirBnb is allowed and the process is not difficult. Many high end condos wanted exclusivity so AirBnd is discouraged. Learned about this after our Alveo Unit in BGC was turned over to us.
