Philippines is not a third world country anymore. The GDP is getting better and better. Many investors around the world started to pour their money in the Philippines. It has lots of very talented Architects and Designers with unique concepts.
lol, PHILIPPINES ECONOMY is bigger than Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan which has massive population but very small percapita also PHILIPPINES ECONOMY is far bigger compared to 54 countries in AFRICA and all countries in SOUTH AMERICA except Argentina and Brazil. so PHILIPPINES is really developing and improving rapidly imagine the economy of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Timor Leste, Brunie, Nepal and Sri Lanka combined still small compared to the whole economy of METRO MANILA of $225 billions.

Zane, I am subscribed to you and you're the only foreign vlogger who went there. And some of the newer bubbles like Bridgetowne. Thanks for showing us around. I think viewers would love to watch you exploring new places like these.
zane idk if you've seen the land reclamation projects right by Manila bay! That's where all the new CBDs and airports are going to be built in! At least 3 new cities!
Everything seems so clean and aestetically pleasing in the Philipines. As an european I can say that we put very little to no effort in keeping public spaces clean.
So addicted to your videos now. I went to Opus Mall because of your video. And I am now planning to come to Parqal Mall also because of you. Thanks for your tour videos. Appreciate it so much. More power and more videos to come. Consider me as one of your supporters now. I am 100% Filipina by being toured all over Manila Malls by You. Hahahaha so fun.
Zane, that Aseana is not yet finish and hope it will have more fun and some great things to explore with and looking forward for that Aseana to finish all their projects. Enjoy and God bless!🙏🏻
I am staying very near to this place and in the hotel comments found someone said no many restaurants in the area. Surprised to check the title of your video to figured out Parqal Mall location is 5 minute walk from the hotel.??? Thank you Zane it is nice to focus on places worth visiting in huge Manila.
This is super nice for gen z as you said. All these little self contained cities like BGC that are a great to live in. Florida has a few but nowhere near the scale of the Philippines. America should follow this concept.
you should have drove around ASEANA city. It's just not parqal mall, there's more casinos and entertainment establishments there like City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Newport City and more!
We will visit in that mall when we go home.. That dine in the rails is interesting. I love malls thats not too crowded. Last homecoming we went there too in Ayala Malls Manila bay and very nice too. Open concept mall.
ASEANA is the Las Vegas of the Philippines because of numerous high caliber Casino's ( like City of Dreams) and modern high rise condo's etc..Philippines is progressing fast!
Great video and mall 😊 I love mall to my favorites is megamall so big and circuit Makati indoor outdoor mall and park.. greenbelt also have shack burger that's so good with raw onions yummy 😋 I am from Norway lives in Puerto Princessa Palawan 😎 6 year and 2 year in close to circuit Makati.. thank you for all video 😊
Since you are travelling around metro manila and going into different malls, try to visit the following: Rockwell in Makati; Greenhills San Juan; Etn Centris; Trinoma and SM North EDSA
Thank you Zane for showing not only BGC, but the rest of developing malls and places for alternative destination by the way word bubble in in reference to BGC is a cliche there is a criteria for a subject to be a bubble.
ZANE VISIT THE FORMER CLARK USAF BASE THE CLARK CITY IS LESS THAN 2HOURS AWAY NORTH OF MANILA or SUBIC US NAVAL BASE IN OLONGAPO CITY 45 or Hour FROM CLARK PAMPANGA …. YOU HAVENT EXPLORED THAT AREA…. Or BAGUIO CITY ✌️🙌🙏💪💪👍👍👍💕❤️🇺🇸
This mall is just an imitation of a Japanese Shotengai (covered street). in another clip it looked much better lit up at night. it seems a lot of the commercial design of the PH is trying to copy japanese concepts, with japanese-type food restaurants. Its like the PH is trying to become Japan 2.0.
so odd that malls here in the us are dying fast while there malls are popping up right next to each other. do theys till have music stores? i love going to those when i travel. discovering new music.
I hope the government should stop limiting HEIGHTS of buildings. Private companies know what they're doing and government intervention just ruin everything. Also, the Reclamation area should not be made into an airport. It's so much wasted land because there's already the Bulacan airport whuch is HUGE.
Another Manila mall video. Love the cultural experience and diversity.

I mean it's really just them building giant malls all over the place
@@landonic81malls and highrise is different
Manila has more tall buildings than KL it's just that many are below 150 meter
We need to bring up 5% more to middle class from lower middle class and we're good for now. Baby steps.

Greenbelt in Makati is Ayala too and it's better than Cebu's
Only the real ones know about Saucony’s 😉
Parqal is more amazing at night the roof is iluminating. The lights all over is really nice.

Is this a shopping mall chanel now?
May I suggest you another place to go to?
Try Vertis North, that's connected to Trinoma & SM North (The Block) also the newly opened Solaire North.

That building is NU MOA or NUMA (National University Mall of Asia)
Paranaque area is .. city of dreams
If I was a money launderer, I'd set up shop here. Thanks for giving us a tour. I'm from Mindanao and we don't get to see those fancy malls.
