      also - I have the same whey protein as you but I'm not sure whether or not I'm taking enough? I usually only have 1tsb but after doing more research today, I'm not sure if that's enough. how many grams would there be in 1tsb of that?

      Yes, You Can take creatine. You should take it in your pre-workout meal and post-workout meal but only one small scope with Gatorade or water.

    sir do oats and corn flakes are good source of protein because i take on oats,whey protein,milk,yougurt,corn flakes,brown rice,beans,banana. do my muscles will build with this diet?
