You got a flat design that feels like your holding a Game Boy, you got a top screen for games and a bottom screen as your catalog of games, and can apply a custom theme to make it look even more official. Nintendo could of turned these things into Game boy advance Classics.
Maybe aGameBoy Classic Edition? Not only it plays GameBoy Games, but it also plays GBC and GBA games with games from companies like Nintendo, Konami, Capcom, Hal Labratories, WayForward Technologies, and more.
this is an outdated method you should try making a video about the new super ultimate injector it automatically downloads box art or title screens for you and even fills in the information and eliminates the need for any prerequisites for Pokemon roms
Don't know how inclined you are to respond to this, but I'll give it a shot. My ROM won't load when I try to play it. I get a white screen up top with the notice down below that the 3DS won't go into sleep mode if you close the lid, but the game never actually starts up. Thoughts?

So can you only convert the gba file to cia if the gba rom was created from an original cartridge game? I have a few gba roms I just got from a zip file from a rom site, converted them to cia and then uploaded them via the FBI app on the 3ds and so far only 2 have worked actually letting me in the game & the others will load the game but I can't save (Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green) it keeps giving me the save error whenever I try & i'm not sure how to fix it

im having an issue where, after starting up the VC version of regular old pokemon emerald, it will freeze on a white screen. normally this would be where the gameboy logo flashes on the screen, but since i have mine turned off in luma settings, it will just freeze on a white screen. iv tried turning the GBA logo on and funny enough, the logo flashes on perfectly fine, but the game intro will not start. it simply freezes on a white screen.
@@fearmongerex499 figured out a solution. For pokemon games, the sram patch needs to be ticked. However, the game wont save. What you need to do is use a new super ultimate injector linked somewhere in the comments here, which will fix both issues automatically. Theres a tutorial on youtube which guides you through the process. Im pretty sure the linked version is in portugese, but i dont care.
@@rockingneoncat I ended up fixing the problem. I deleted the rom from my 3ds and redid the entire process using the super ultimate injector instead. Works just fine
there is one issue i have. whenever i exit a game it doesn't even save like for an example, i played Rayman Advance on my 2DS XL for an hour straight, i save my game and close the software for the night, the next day i load the game and my profile is empty (i saved the game what the heck). this also happens to afew games i injected too.

I followed this exactly with LeafGreen and Sapphire, but when I go to load up the cia, all I get is a blank white screen after the gameboy logo displays. Edit: I fixed the problem for myself. I don't remember exactly how I did it (I mean like, I don't remember the exact sites to go to and what files to put where on the SD Card) but I got GBARunner2 installed on my 3DS and now my dumped GBA roms play fine.
The problem is in the coding, I'm not to familiar with it but I believe you have to change the binary coding between 42 and 24 to all zeros. At least that's how it was with vba on PC.

Great Channel! - I downloaded the link for your Sega Genisis 3ds cia files - they are great - but when when I play one it seems to play perfectly - and then close the game - the next game i go to open my 3ds will then hang on the 3ds menu everytime and i have to force restart the 3ds. Thank you for the tutorial it helped me a lot on understanding how to do the conversions right. Though I have one specific issue. The thing is that I'm trying to install my .gba file of Pokemon Gaia (a roomhack) with it's .sav file. Although no one teaches how to install a .cia file with it's current .sav file correctly. I've tried the godmode9 method to inject the .sav but it doesn't work for some reason... Also I've checked that I've used the Lunar IPS program correctly as it had been installed just fine as a .cia file. My issue comes with the way to load the .sav file as an already installed .cia program, I have no idea how to do that since it's not an emulator but native run of gba games with the only file converted to .cia being the game itself but not the .sav file... By the way I've also tried the checkpoint app as an alternative but I guess it simply doesn't work with gba games. Thank you anyways to anyone that helps me solve this issue. Best regards! :)

They did, expect it was only with ambassador program. You would get free gba games if you bought the 3ds before the price drop

Technically it _is_ emulation, but it's using the official emulator Nintendo did for its Ambassador titles.
