There is a reason one is exposed to different climates/ terrains in special forces training.

They both fell into the lake with Aemond still mounted on Vhagar and the sword on his eye. Daemon dissappears and it's presumed dead while Caraxes dies on the shore from his wounds. Years later they found the bones of Aemond and Vhagar at the bottom of the lake with Aemond still mounted on Vhagar and with the Dark Sister in his eye.

A renowned warrior and tourney fighter with a bunch of war experience. 4.) Aemond Targaryen is described as a deadly swordsman but we know of none of his feats 5.) Pate of Longleaf AKA Pate The Lion slayer who cut down Jason Lannister in the Fishfeed and was a hero in the first battle of Tumbleton
Or Jaime Lannister. I don't remember their names but king Jaeherys's kingsguard were great warriors, considered as greatest kingsguard in the history of Westeros. So some of them deserve a place on this list. And Aemond shouldn't be here at all. He's good but there were many better fighters than him.

Corlys shouldn't even be in the top 100. He's an old man, and whilst he's the greatest seafarer Westeros has ever seen, he's never once mentioned as a swordsman. Criston should be no.1. He beats Daemon and, (in the books) Harwin as well. He beats Harwin so badly they call him 'brokenbones' instead of 'breakbones'. Ryam Redwyne should be on the list, and if we can include characters not yet appeared, I'd also put Jon Roxton on as no.4 or 5.

Whenever people cite the training session with Criston Cole as Aemond's combat feat, I laugh out loud. He's the prince. Criston Cole was definitely holding back so not to hurt him. If they were in an actual fight, Criston would definitely have beaten him.
Well. In season one you saw Aemond not challenge Daemon when he had the chance during dinner he backed down quite fast. And Daemon took on the crab feeders army by himself. What did Aemond do in season one that made him a better warrior. Getting Vhagar was a big deal but the only warrior scene we saw was him in training with Christon

Whenever people cite the training session with Criston Cole as Aemond's combat feat, I laugh out loud. He's the prince. Criston Cole was definitely holding back so not to hurt him. If they were in an actual fight, Criston would definitely have beaten him.

Well. In season one you saw Aemond not challenge Daemon when he had the chance during dinner he backed down quite fast. And Daemon took on the crab feeders army by himself. What did Aemond do in season one that made him a better warrior. Getting Vhagar was a big deal but the only warrior scene we saw was him in training with Christon
