@@Luzhong_editz I feel like Merlin would be strongest berserker ever. all these effects that Tsiash is describing don't apply to berserker's because they lose their humanity and thus lose ability to use noble phantasms or special skills. What you need to be best berserker is HIGH strength stat and strong noble phatansm(Blade). Merlin has B rank in Strength(But this downgraded 1 rank because of caster class) and he has Excalibur. easily one of strongest swords. Strength in universe as stat = damage of basic attacks. That is why Heracles was so strong. He had like A+ or something in strength +he had bravery but issue with Heracles was that he only had a regular axe-sword which is crap. If he wielded something like excalibur, he'd 1 hit every servant. that is exactly what Merlin would probably be. A berserker that hits you once and you die.
You have to search for servant with extremely powerful weapon and high STR scale. Maybe Miyamoto Musash could be strong as Berserker class. Characters that have moves like Tsubame Gaeshi, IF you can find a character a strong technique that can be used as berserker, they'd also be top-tier berserker's. Berserker is basically ALL-melee class. Typically weak class because most regular noble phantasm are better than melee.
Considering her whole story revolves around obsession and wanting to prove herself, I'd say Mordred would make a good berserker.
Mordred has never really been mindless tho, even when she was the only person alive on her side she was still thinking soundly, not having a good goal or excuse for doing the things she did, but it were still sound decisions on her part

Off the top of my mind as per usually cu cullain would be very good as his story literally revolves around his “warp spasms” and dying while stood up as he tied his intestines around a standing stone with his hand in the air(after death said hand fell and killed a man)

Starts as Rider class, everyone comments that he's a bit off, big reveal that the current event is happening on December 23rd, midnight hits and he turns into Grand Berserker KRAMPUS, shit goes sideways for EXACTLY 24 hours, and all of the "naughty children" are dead just in time for Christmas

One Servant who is classified as a Berserker and presumably could be summoned but we've only gotten to experience indirectly is Magni - son of Thor - as he was used as Beatrice's Class Card in Prisma Illya and the only one not from a pre-established Servant. I'd imagine he'd be a top-tier Berserker if he were allowed to manifest. Mjolnir was quite the force to be reckoned with just with Beatrice wielding it.
I think there's another theme that needs to be taken into account when picking grands. Orion was picked because he was a hunter, not just because of his archery. Casters are picked with the prerequisite of clairvoyance. The grand Assassin has been hinted to have a connection to "the mountain". It's not just because they are the greatest or strongest. When it comes to Grand Berserkers, I'm guessing it might have something to do with "possessing instincts that see the truth of things and disregard everything else to the point of being seen as insane"... or something like that. It's as good a guess as anything at this point.
funnily enough there are some lower strength servants that actually need to be summoned as grand servants to exhibit their true strength.
This one might need some convincing, but I would like to see Gawain in the berserker class. After Lancelot inadvertently caused the death of Gawain's brothers during the turmoil surrounding Guinevere's execution, Gawain was pushed into a frenzied rage towards Lancelot upon returning with Arthur. During the war with Lancelot’s country, pretty much everyone (even Arthur) was looking for a way to end the conflict, everyone except for Gawain. At this point during the events of the story, his singular focus was on killing Lancelot and avenging his brothers. Since everyone on both sides didn’t want to fight against each other anymore except for Gawain, they decided to give Gawain a final battle to end the war against Lancelot. Pretty much everyone was convinced that Lancelot would win but at least it would forcibly stop and soothe Gawain’s bloodlust. However, much to the surprise to everyone, during their fight, for the first time ever, Gawain and Lancelot were on equal footing. Gawain, during this rage was able to become equals with Lancelot, inflicting multiple wounds, and overwhelming him at various moments, and not to mention that this was all before it even turned noon. And when it did finally turn noon, for three consecutive hours straight, Gawain forced Lancelot into doing nothing but playing defense. For literal hours on end he couldn’t even attempt to fight back just due to how powerful Gawain was during that time. In legend, Lancelot is always clearly shown to be Arthur’s best knight. He is showcased being vastly superior to everyone else with only Tristan being his equal. Gawain during this time surpassed the strength of knights previously stronger than him (Bohort and Percival) and jumped to fighting equally against the greatest knight of the round table.
Fate is just out here getting people to read classic literature and ancient poetry and im here for it

Facts. Cain would've been perfect for Berserker, Assassin, or even the Grand servant of either of those classes

17:17 the story of Achilles and Hector never sat well with my child mind when I first read it. Bad stuff happens during war, but the level of disrespect Hector got in death from Achilles just seemed so foul. That mess stayed with me for life 😅 I was salty with Brad Pitt in Troy the whole way through lol, and when I saw him in Fate, I didn't want to like him during Apocrypha. Say what you will about Hector, at least he went out and faced his death with honor rather than hiding in the castle walls. Takes heart. Achilles was born and bred for war, and knew what can happen. For him to rage out always felt like a tantrum of great warrior
Even if this look strange, i think that Medea of Colchis could be a Berserker, because her tragic past in that she was blindly in love to Jason, as result of Aphrodite's schemes, to the point that her blind love leads Medea to turned on her own family, meaning that Medea had a insanity moment since some aspects.
Thus, making her qualified for the Berserker class.
Hot take…But I feel Mordred should have been a Berserker when she was first revealed. With how she went crazy after being denied he throne by her legend. I feel that should’ve justified it. Another one that would fit is surprisingly Medb. Because I think I remember that her hatred of Cu drove her to do some crazy things.

and i have to mention, in lostbelt 7, the ritual of sacrifice for tez is actually present, the avenger ixcalli would be the one to become tezcatlipoca, and he was there to oversee the entire ritual, i highly recomend you guys read his profile, bc tez alone can have an entire video on why berserker its the class that makes more sense to tez
I feel genuinely conflicted about Tezcatlipoca being allowed to be a grand servant. Wasn’t there a whole thing that divine spirits (gods) aren’t allowed to be grand servants? It was said that Romulus was an exception due to him basically being human first that becoming a god. But Tezcatlipoca is just a straight up god. Why was he allowed to take the position in the first place? Is this just Nasu retconning again or is it something else? Even if we got Tez as grand berserker, I feel that I’d still be conflicted about it because of what was said before in the story.
On another note, why was the whole grand assassin situation retconned in the first place? What was so great about that bit of whole building is that only one was qualified to hold that position, that being King Hassan. You know, because he is the reason assassins became a thing. So, why ruin that by just throwing Tez into and giving this odd explanation about how he is connected to the mountain or whatever? I won’t lie, my personal feelings toward Tez has soured because of it even though he is a cool character. I’m not trying to throw shade, I’m just genuinely conflicted. What do you all think?

I believe the reason he can be one even when he is a divine spirt is because created a human body so he is technically a Pseudo Servant.
Nasu being flippant about his own rules as usual. But, from a mythology perspective, maybe all the times mortals acted as earthly vessels for him in those Toxcatl rituals (4:25) had something to do with it. That could represent enough of a "closeness" with humanity to bend the rules, like with Quirinius.
actually, this is explained, tez is powerful enough to create a human body for himself, which he uses through out lb 7, and to use his divine powers with his human body, he has to sacrifice his own organs to do so, he shows this when he show the future to chaldea of ORT rupturing the earth, and so, because he has a human origin but with powers of a god, he can be a grand servant, if you look at his profile, he even has the ''living human'' trait
and as for he being able to be a grand assassin, he has a voice line for this :''Old man, I succeeded to the Grand name through a connection with the mountains, but this is a loan, 'kay? Next time I hav to finish up something, just give it up at once.'' He basically exploited a loophole to be the grand assassin for a while, but he need finish whatever he needs to finish to make him able to hold the title forever, the only true grand asssassin for now is still KH
I’VE always wondered about who could be an Avenger servant (and/or get an Avenger alternate). I’ve thought of servants like Mordred, Boudica, Anastasia, and Diarmuid, but those are just the ones I know the (basic) lore/history of. You could probably even include Artoria and Iskandar too.
Couldn't Sun Wukong assuming he one day could be summonable be a contender for the Grand Berserker Servant title?
funnily enough i could see Wukong being summoned as an Alter ego by being too strong to be directly summoned and having one of his clones being summoned.
@@constantdemonics Or he could go the Pseudo Servant route that almost every other divine/godly servant goes though the question would then become who would be a suitable vessel for him? He could hijack his master's spirit origin and use her as a vessel similar to how Cu Caster is actually Odin.

Could Cain be a Beserker?
In regards to Tez, I have two questions that I feel have been answered elsewhere, but might as well put them here:
1. Aren’t divine spirits not allowed to be Grand Servants due to humans needing to fill the role?
2. Can’t literally no one else be the Grand Assassin due to King Hassan being that much of a Chad?
I’m on LB5, and know some of 6 and 7, so I’m not that afraid of spoilers
They really should have just given us Tez as a Berserker. The class is the ONLY thing holding him back, and even THEN he's still INSANE and insanely good.

Yes. This was a spoiler for me, but either way, I agree. Let’s finish filling out the rest of the Grand classes before we keep filling and refilling positions ( ie. Grand Caster and Grand Assassin )
@@jamesknott5255 Granted I won't go into how busted Tez is. The fact that he can even take or fill the Grand Assassin seat at all should be impressive. But if you look up his lore on Wikipedia or ANY other such sources, Tez has so many epithets, that he can EASILY fill in to ANY of the main Seven classes and even wield Grand Status for some of them. Be it war and combat, sorcery, outright abusing loopholes conceptual or otherwise, the dude can do it all.

Also I still hate Achilles final armor being the one Hephaestus made for him to rampage in. I would’ve preferred if it was the one Patroclus was given by Achilles when he refused to leave camp. Also BS Hector’s dad came sobbing with BS when Hector was as much a PoS.

nah we don't and i've been incredibly salty about it especially as a someone whose famiy is from africa but never had any decent knowledge about about african myth and heroes so would've loved to see some in fate but not trying to throw shade fate series and the ones connected to it have a habit of completely overlooking certain heroes myths and then changing what they would've looked like and i dont mean their tendency to do suprising gender swaps u can see what im getting at

This video may be kind of realize I have an issue with the Avenger class because Berserker and Avenger overlap a lot I know in Canon Berserkers are physically Superior to Avengers but like they're both classes were a person loses their mind they both hit like meteors they're both incredibly hard to kill Avenger other than being kind of crazy and a lot of servants who would have Berserker forms you said get Avenger forms

Having Tezcatlipoca becoming an Assassin after he was hyped up as Grand Berserker for years was really disappointing to me. Now we'll never get the Grand Berserker actually summonable as Grand Berserker. We already have the original Grand Assassin I really hate how often they double up on Grand slots nowadays.
