@@djstonewood8653 your build date shouldn’t matter as the update is newer. Check the MyBMW app the update should be there, they tend to roll it out in phases. If you don’t see it there you can have the dealership do it as well.
Do you race a lot of people on the street ? I have a 2022 m240i and I find my car is faster than most on the road which feels great.

Does the sport plus mode turn the traction control off ?
No you’d need to push the DSC button to turn off in any mode. It’s not customizable like the M1 / M2 buttons in the G87.

I always use ECO PRO when I drive the first 15 mins just to warm up the car. You don't wanna ref the car when it's cold

Hit the B/C button on your left steering column arm. It’s one on the options. Or just look in the My BMW app.
Sport Plus is 100% different to Individual, even If individual is set to Sport Plus lol
