The Sokal Hoax by Professor Alan Sokal showed how grievance studies in colleges are not really checking the research that's submitted to them. They'll publish the works with no questioning required. It doesn't take much to show how these groups are not actually checking how crazy their rhetoric is or how lazy they are.
Something I find funny about the whole "reducing the population of males" thing is that, if there was a disproportionately large number of women in the world, it would probably just result in the few existing men forming big harems... which is supposed to be a symbol of patriarchy.

It was done by 3 academics to essentially show how the academic review system is full of shit and will publish anything if it has the correct political ideas. I believe that the same people who submitted the joke research paper about dog parks and rape culture also submitted a paper to a college that was literally an excerpt from Mein Kampf ctrl+f and ctrl+r'ed into the current intersectional groups and also got that published.
Yep, James Lindsey, Peter Boghosian (I dunno how to spell it) and Helen Pluckrose. Coincidentally, James has also been doing a series of podcasts over the last few months where he goes WAY in depth into how queer theory and feminist theory are Gnostic in nature, so I did a huge double take when Dev described feminism with the exact same kind of phrasing at the end of the video.
How did that not get auto flagged by basic plagiarism software. I went to uni over a decade ago and they had a program that scanned our work and spat out if it was too closely worded to something online. They're a JOURNAL.

Funny idea for a sub. I've always applied the following logic to see if someone's ideas are misandric: substitute "men" for "black men" in whatever it is that they said. If it suddenly sounds racist, then what they said is misandric.

Mary Daly was an interesting character. Such an extreme radfem that she almost comes across as a parody, yet she was a highly respected academic in her day, and was often defended by more mainstream feminists.
In her book Quintessence, where she fantasises about "decontaminating" the world and founding a "gynocracy", any "patriarchally assimilated women" who "refuse to release themselves from the phallocratic dependencies and habits" (i.e. don't become man hating lesbians) are also exterminated without mercy. Anyone without sufficient feminist "purity and strength" is annihilated by a gyno-magic energy field, leaving the world an eco-feminist utopia.
She ended up falling afoul of Boston college's non-discrimination policy as she wouldn't allow men to attend her lectures. Feminists protested in her favour, calling for an exception to be made, but Daly ended up leaving rather than having to teach men.

This is honestly a great exercise to question and ground your beliefs. Substitute elements and see how and why the structure of your belief changes. I'd put this right up there with finding contradictions in your ideas through conversation/thought.
Sure, context can be important and removing it can lead to a message being naturally misinterpreted, but sometimes you have a corrupting ideology or religion or incentive or even other ideas of your own that can add motivated reasoning and influence over time to completely debase your beliefs from reality.

Whenever issues arose that would lead to confrontation, women would literally break the fight with sex. I don't remember all details, but it was like the "true perfect" society which solves the male issue of criminality and hyper aggression with sexual encounters lmao
In essence what you have is "ironically" a traditional gender role society where men and women are "truly" equal because the value of sexual intimacy, something that is usually set up to be extremely high, is reduced to a base commodity, which is literally exchanged for goods services and is used in the service of peace.
But this still is a matriarchal society at heart, because the men are "controlled" or "appeased" with the commodification of sex.
It's literally a simple, yet strangely wholesome (?), variant of "Brave New World".
PS: I saw this some years ago in the history channel, or some other channel like it, and I can't find it anywhere mentioned online.

There are some innate biological differences between whites and blacks, if you look at statistics involving swimming and running you will find that in the swimming department whites have a large advantage over blacks and and the opposite is true for sprinting and long distance running.
And when you look at the environment these two groups come from these inate biological differences make perfect sense Europe has lots of deep river's and bodies of water Africa has lots of open plains.
One group needs to be good at swimming and the other needs to be good at running.

I don't think the people who made this subreddit equalizes or draws paralells between races and sexes. All they try to do, is to prove a point. That point is if we change the subjects of these sentences to a wildly different extreme thing, than it would be clear to everyone, that these ideas are horrible, awful ideas. Ideas no decent person would hold.

I was walking through my university while listening to this and I was pushing that headphone jack in like hell, not taking any risks.
I think the role reversal thing isn't about drawing a direct equivalent, more just about aporlighting the inberent bigotry of these people, and showing just how, in even a slightly different light, horrific the things these people believe in are.
It's more of an illustration than an argument. It shows that regardless of the content of sex or race, these people are still genocidal, or extremely bigoted. So it shows their hypocrisy or what they look like beneath the mask.
This game has been around for a while. Unfortunate it doesn't work on the intended target, they have already inoculated themselves against the cognitive dissonance
