You cannot give them more of what they dont want and during the break up they dont want you. The best thing you can do is give them the break up and focus on yourself.

Ex husband told me he no longer loved me and wanted to pursue things with others. I focused on myself and looking good feeling good. A few months passed and he admitted he still has feelings and would love to give us a chance.

all very true. SOO true. I did all the wrong things, and remember if anyone is going through this just do the next right thing. They can and often do change their minds. Just focus on being happy on your own. Not to get them back but because you have to. Act as if you are moving on and moving forward...you have to for you. Not for them, they may say in a moment they dont love you. Its not true, the unseen is very powerful.

Think of it this way you dont want the old relationship because it didnt work. So nostalgia is bad you need to build a new you not worry about them outgrow them. Then when you finally do make a move it has the highest possibility of working at this point but its much more likely at this point that you will attract someone better with the added possbikity of yor ex coming back. Its not about them its about you.

My wife of 15 years, we have 3 kids left me at the beginning of the this year. Up until now I see the kids, but have no idea what she is up to. If we communicate it’s about the kids and keep it transactional. I prefer it that way. I’d like to believe she is with some else already wether it’s true or not I don’t know. It makes it easier to move on in a sense. Deal with it by moving on in your own way and don’t look back.
Same here. Wife of 16 years filed for divorce and we have 3 kids - youngest is 4 years old. While she initiated majority of our altercations, it was I that had intense reactions. I commend you for being so cool about it.

How to become better change your bad habits and have a strong attitude and don’t be clingy and become who u were in the beginning, us men have a habit of getting comfortable when she’s ours and we start to slack and lose ourselves and our style and attraction dies out.
Mine says who knows what the future holds and “I don’t think it’ll work out.” But then he gives me false hope too. He has his things in my garage for a year and a half and pays my utilities while living separated. He’s slowly but surely come to get things but I have reached out a few times. He still hasn’t changed his mind but hasn’t moved on either. But then again who knows what he’s doing. I’m now enjoying myself but I still love them. :(

When she broke up she said she loved me but that it’s not enough. We are both going through difficult time outside the relationship. Said that I wasn’t making things easy for her because she was distant and I took it personally. I asked her if it was definitive. She said she thinks we’re too old to believe time will fix things. I thought we had a good relationship, I really think she made a mistake. She is very stubborn. At first I did the whole I want to be in your life thing. Then a few weeks later I told her I couldn’t talk for awhile because I want to keep the positive momentum I’ve built going. And that I would talk to her later. I know how she is, not the type to reach out no matter her feelings. It’s just hard to know when it’s ok to try to ease back in

I lost my girl and my daughter (7months) my poor daughter didint ask for this , I messed up , I’m fixing my self everyday . My partner of 27 years ended things 6 weeks ago. We still live together. Went out shopping for the day. He said he enjoys my company. I did do a lot of things in the relationship which I'm not proud of.

Mine is abit more complicated he’s 57 and his mother YES his mother made him end things with me we were buying a house together and he pulled out of the purchase 3 weeks before completion!! We went no contact for 3 months then he would only see me in secrecy and only on a strict friendly basis he was very distant with me. His mother found out that he was in contact with me 9 months ago and I’ve not heard a word from him since and I have not reached out to him to save him from backlash from his mother…. We were together for 7 years he was still living at home with mum and dad. him just ending things so abruptly broke my heart in two. I so want him to come back so any advise on him seeing that he does want a future with me when he’s obviously not even speaking to me would be most appreciated

i am the person who broke the trust. My fiancé says she wants to stay and still loves me, but is actively in my face seeing other women and tells me i have no right to have any feelings about it, has removed me completely from her social media accounts, but still wants to operate like we are together. she want to have regular sex, share bills, celebrate holidays, tell me she loves me, but only her body and heart belongs to me. Also anytime someone else upsets her she dosent want work on it any more, when i give her what she asks shes upset because "i'm not fighting to keep her" when i actively display change and a will to let her heal while i fight for her i'm making her miserable. @@jonaveul I did. Some days it's really tough. But as time goes by I get more clarity. Missing the person and the aching still there. But it is also liberating to fight those urges. Holding on to the emotions of the past won't allow me to create a new future. I'm hopeful that all of these are not for nothing. If it's not him then it is someone better. I don't have regrets as I did everything to salvage the relationship. It has been almost a month and I almost lost every ounce of my self respect for begging someone to take me back when I haven't done anything wrong. The person has wronged me a few times but God knows I will never leave the relationship. Hence he let the person hurt me even more for me to be awake. I don't have regrets. Actually I am so grateful that it happened. I learned a lot and am working on myself to be a better partner when the right one comes.

Hi I’m currently going through a breakup of 5 years. There was infidelity on my end and we have a 2 year old daughter together. I feel like I ruined the whole relationship and her life. It's a good sign that you're in touch with each other. The first step you can do is to understand her and what your family needs and your responsibility towards them. She's the mother of your children, she will give priority to something or the moments you spent with children are happy, to build back those feelings and everything which you both had that all will take time for sure but one day she'll be yours again! Lots of positivity to you and don't give up! I am sure you guys will be back soon. 😊

Man. You have to become overwhelming confident. Get her to hangout eventually but give her like a month. Make her want to win you back. There are tons of trainings. I love the Dan bacon stuff. These guys have good stuff too. The Scrambler is another I’ve used with insane success.

Oh, and - My ex was a Taurus who left me after 10 yrs in the cold. He first said he needed a break and after that did not even communicate that he wanted to breakup.. I messaged him after while and he said its over and that he is never coming back.
