I had to change it up but still used relatively heavy weights. Believe me, it is still a killer workout just one that I could walk away from...
Well I nearly had to seek medical attention in the days following the first time I did this workout. My calves were completely destroyed and it took me about 4 days before I could walk without a noticeable limp. Fortunately, the 2nd and 3rd times weren’t nearly as bad. I am starting to appreciate real results with Dan’s dumbbell living room workouts.😊

Had to modify it a lotand tooklots of breaks but I'm glad icould finish it........ though I'm surprised that i didn't break in 2 or more pieces.....loved today's workout❤.....i will gladly repeat it next sunday

I don’t know what to say this workout for legs is something different after I was done with it my legs could not take it anymore I was at the point where I could not walk or run normally and this is a really tuff workout to try and it’s probably the most effective leg workout I’ve ever done with my legs. Thanks Dan for this work out it helps me🎉❤
Don't have anything heavier than two 25 lbs dumbbells but I've still been doing all your workouts the best I can, and seeing great improvement! As a wrestler though, those squats at the beginning were really killing my lead (right) knee 😆 Thanks a bunch Dan!
25 lbs is plenty of weight. You don't need a lot to make a difference. Slowing down your reps can be really challenging, too! Keep on pushing my friend!
