My statement does not indicate that music Belongs to anyone or anything! My statement only Is indicating that music has an effect on whomever hears It! You cannot Say that music does not cause in the listener a response, positive or negative or even Natural. Even no reason in itself Is a reaction to the sound as indifference Is a human "response"!
As it should in every aspect of life. I grew up in a small agricultural community where everyone was an immigrant. Every class in my little three room school house had students who spoke different languages at home, ate different kinds of food, and went to different churches, but we loved and respected one another and even rejoiced in our differences. We were in an inclusive community. If there were those who tried to exclude others in my community, I was oblivious to it as a child. That was a lovely way to live.
@Nv Johansson actually yes I have but my take Is that any call to prayer Is not colored by human skin tones. Prayer transcends all earthly thing especially the nature of man which was created by a Sacred Holy Being by anyother name! Call Him whatever you Will It Is all the same to HIM!
That's rights some may Indeed sound or even represent violence! But is It possible that one very simple, possibly unifying, non threatening observation about what could possibly represent all that Is good in the world be contested only for the sole purpose of creating tension and ill Will! I guess not! You must lead one depressed, sad existence to jump on such a benign statement as mine! You really need to get a Freakin' Life! There! Is that the rude and violent response you were looking (trolling) for? Go put on some really good classical piece and chill baby girl!
The people gathering around knowing something special is about to happen, the children climbing trees to get a better view... this is so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes.
I watched this just now, the morning after Russia began attacking Ukrain. Those faces... just lost in the moment... enjoying that wonderful music... it had me in tears. Young, old... it doesn't matter. Everyone should live in a peaceful place where things like this can happen. Find the joy in these moments & pray for those at risk right now. 🙏🙏

This is the last movement of Beethoven's 9th and final symphony before his death. It's undeniably one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written. Beethoven wrote this completely deaf. When the 9th debuted on the 7th of may 1824 Beethoven stood behind the actual conductor, conducting himself, and the orchestra was instructed to ignore him. By the time the orchestra had finished, he was several bars off. At the conclusion, Beethoven had to be turned around by one of the Chorus member, Caroline Unger to see the standing ovation, and rapturous applause of the audience. He couldn't hear it. In my personal opinion this is the most amazing piece of music ever written.
I totally and utterly agree, it's the most amazing piece of music, it's amazing how many people say they don't like classical music, then someone plays a piece like this and everyone stops to appreciate it!
8 years later from this video and people still watching, I discovered it a couple of months ago and since I don't know how many times I have watched it. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing piece played by these amazing and wonderful musicians!!!
Yes it is one of the most moving music performances i know Turns out last year i helped a friend sing this very piece by giving her pronunciation training I cant help but feel there is a relation there, as I was extremely enthused by this piece, and to help my friend who really needed it (she was joining a new choir that was a step up from her previous skill) this enthusiasm was exactly what was needed. For two straight weeks I was walking on clouds supporting her with all my strength. God bless great music. It is life.
I read a lot of comments where people comment their age...I'm 30 but grew up playing the piano and acoustic guitar, this video brings tears to my eyes, how beautiful is music and its power to bring peace, to bring people together, regardless of age, musical taste, ethnicity, background... When Ludwig Van Beethoven premiered his Ninth Symphony in 1824, people in the theatre went crazy, shouting, clapping and tearing, but the composer couldn't hear his triumph because he was completely deaf. Ludwig Van Beethoven wrote this masterpiece in sad isolation and silence, sick and suffering, and could not hear a single note of his symphony.

Music has no language no religion no war no hatred no black no white. It's just all one for all🇱🇰
Music Is the language of Hope, Truth, solidarietà, unification and of JOY!

The power of music is undeniable, even a profoundly deaf person recognises it.
I will never grow too old for this
Every single person walked away happier and more uplifted than when they came, wonderful moment
In my personal opinion this is the most amazing piece of music ever written.
thanks for the insight
Thank you for sharing. Great info! Superb Performance!!
If music was to ever be banned, this is the last piece of music I would want to hear.
