A great Christmas haul Yvonne much to Chris's amusement ! He has a great sense of humour and is now so comfortable in front of the camera you are a great team ❤😊
Yvonne you are so fortunate to have Chris for a Husband which I’m sure you know! He is such a good shopper and knows not only what sells for him but for you!!!
"Holy concert t-shirts"! You are so funny, you always have me laughing😂! Really enjoy seeing your sweetheart next to you.❤👍Love both of your channels. Thank you for the love and joy you bring to others.🙏
In 1962 when I was 6 years old my mom took me to the bank to open a child's saving account. At that time you got a gift whenever you opened an account at banks. My gift was the spaghetti Santa that you used for the picture on this video. I still have him and he was the start of my Santa collection. It was exciting to see you find one
My favorite was that beautiful cat and the angel cloche. You guys have alot of patience to shop snd organize all your goodies. Get your Christmas things out NOW! I have seen people buying baskets of things at Hobby Lobby and the items you have are special❤
love watching your hauls of vintage Christmas. I had everything from my childhood, my mom's things, and some stuff from my grandmother. So many antiques and balls from the depression era. Sadly, I no longer have these, as my ex threw it all out. I am slowly trying to collect again. I was so upset. But, I love watching your hauls, especially Christmas.
Had my grandson, Damari, here for the weekend!! Went to Walmart and got some plastic Christmas candles & a string of large bulbs for front patio area!! You are getting me in the spirit!! Don’t do Holidays like I used to. I do have the nutcracker/soldier plastics & also the large plastic candle-think they had a swag with Noel. Have to go into attic-Ugh!! Can’t wait to see your Christmas vingets (sp not right)❤️
In 1964 we had a silver tinsel tree. We also had a color wheel. One night my dad smelled something burning. He found the light wheel had stopped turning and was melting the colored wheel. Be careful of those color wheels.
There is nothing more precious than Vintage Christmas Decor🥰 You can never have too many Shiny Brites😂 Chris has a good eye!Yvonne u trained him well!j/k🤗 Where is Tater?😼
we have a house in town that probably has at least 300-400 blow molds in a very small front yard..every inch is full.. it is really cool actually..my granddaughter loves to see it.
I love Chris's looks and comments, he is so funny, and tolerant, not a marshmallow tin,,,but 🤣 The boxes of shiny brights , such a good find, vintage Christmas is really catching on, and i do enjoy seeing it all , thank you for sharing your day
25 years ago no one wanted vintage christmas Hubby and I started to buy it for us but now forget it you can't buy it cheap any more but cool stuff. ❤🤶🎅
By golly I think I was a 100% right at picking out what you brought home. Yeahhhh for Chris. I knew he was gonna get that Bud neon sign. Also knew you’d end up with mostly Christmas items. “You never have enough Shiney Brites”. Just love your your Bendy you got at crackle Barrel. Yes, he’s so cute. Well I think you did alright. Been very busy trying to to get myself ready for Milton. He’s heading my way. I’m really over these dang hurricanes. God Bless you both🥰 ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍🌟🐈⬛🐈⬛
I loved seeing your vintage Christmas treasures. I have the same Santa spaghetti bank which was my Mom's originally. Something I will always treasure! I really enjoy watching your channel and wish you all the best!
Thanks for taking us to the auction! Fun! I love the Christmas stuff you bought. They’ll sell fast. I wouldn’t want to sit with my husband and show him what I bought, even if the stuff was worth thousands. He wouldn’t be nice about it. I never show him what I buy. I’ll buy our only grandchild a plastic tea set and he’ll complain. Then he’ll watch her play with it every day. Some spouses are just like that.
Cannot wait to see your santa mugs displayed...gambles was in Muscoda Wi....my grandma had the tinsel tree..cannot believe how much the old ornaments are worth now...I am 70 and we had lots of them growing up...the elves came on bottles of dishsoap sometimes...😊
I love the fun and humor! Great haul, super glad Chris got his “marshmallow tin”😂 I snagged those lucite candles! I need just 1 more clear with gold flake to fill my candle holders
Lol, “so we leave them out year around “, I laughed out loud. Oh boy do you know how to make me jealous!😂. All the shiny brights, the one Santa you said was creepy, no he’s not. He’s darling 😅. Santa in the sleigh ❤and oh my heart 💜, all the vintage Christmas. Congratulations Chris, on your lovely light up sign, cool find. BTW, I figured that would be coming home with you guys and the mushrooms 😅. Happy hunting.😊❤
Yvonne, I love going shopping with you but everybody is doing it! Your Forte is making things and I love your projects that you make, they are absolutely astounding and I miss that boohoo❤
You can get flocking products for those deer. We bought some years back for flocking the heads on our goose decoys. If you don’t find it in crafting supplies check out hunting departments. 😊 just in case you went looking 😊
Always remember, antique items started out being new, so you could start a collection that will eventually be antique 😊 Yalking mushrooms, when I stayed with a native American family in 1999, in Michigan, there was an uncle that use to mushroom pick and he showed me all the different mushrooms and of course the pretty ones were poisonous 😊
My favorite time of year is Christmas. So you can't buy to many items like that. I love all you bought today and I am glad that Chris got is Bud neon sign too.
For the first few years that my husband worked with me at our store, he would just shake his head when I would buy some things and he tell me when we got to the shop with them that they would never sell. Why did I buy them and it was the funniest thing because I would make sure they were clean Tagged and put them out and those were always the first thing that he sold. But he did learn a lot about things that he didn’t know about and he collected antique toys and guns and swords and awesome pottery
I have the little pipe cleaner ice skaters! 🤣 I have all of my mother's ornaments and some of them are quite old. There is one that looks like a witch... not sure what it's supposed to be... might have to try Google lense and see if anyone has one listed... 🤔
I have some of the ones you called “jewel brights” and some of the ones with a figure inside. I also have one of the choir boys and they are all from my childhood. My grandma had a putz house village which she gave me. I cherish it especially. Always have loved the vintage Christmas. Also in my collection is a brown crepe paper owl made by my great grandmother. He goes near the top of the tree. I’m definitely not a minimalist! You found some wonderful things. I always enjoy your videos!
Watching on my TV right now but was able to connect to my phone in order to comment. I'm impressed with Chris' support of your interests. And I know you support his.
Yvonne and Chris, fun thing-was talking to a dealer in a nearby town about vintage Christmas ornaments (I have a few, very few). He was not too interested in my shiny brides but really interested in my few Western Germany ones. He said they were much more valuable. I love the Cracker Barrel elf! Good video. Enjoyed !
The Night before Christmas book brings back wonderful memories from when my babies were little. I pictured that Budweiser sign going home with Chris! Thank you for sharing. 😊
My mom would have been so tickled to know about the tinsel tree values! We had one when I was young. I love all of your vintage hauls . I collected bendy elves about 20 years ago. I have a sweet collection and shared some with my daughter in law. Thanks for your excellent posts and talent! Chris is fun to watch too.☺️
The two of you are so cute together 😄 Put all your christmas goodies out in your booth now! I see that all the retail stores have started with that in our neck of the woods
In honor of you I made a bunch of Christmas vignettes to sell at our holiday market 😂. You have got me hooked on turning anything and everything into a Christmas vignette. Still mine are not as nice as yours. You make them look so easy.
Great haul guys! Beautiful Shiney Brights. Chris that sign was a great fine. Happy for you guys with all the yummies :) Have a blessed week you guys. God Bless. Hugs x2. Rebekah
The shiny bird is from the 50's. My Mom had blue and silver ones along side some blow up soft plastic ornaments she would decorate the tree with when I was a baby . Supposedly these were safer with babies she said.
You two are so much fun to watch. You got some great things. We would love to hear how you two met. Also another video of Chris cooking on his new Blackstone. There was a color wheel at a local action here a couple weeks ago and it only sold for $15.
Our favourite auction in Ontario Canada charges 15% buyers fee and our provincial tax is 13%. It sure adds on to the cost. Love all your vintage Xmas finds.
I recommend checking out Ginos Finds here on you tube. A few months ago he showed how he repairs music boxes he's picked up that aren't working. He's an adorable retired guy in FL who mostly picks up newer things but you can tell he's having a blast doing his 15 minute a week videos! 😊
I cannot believe all of the beautiful Christmas pieces you found. That Night Before Christmas poem book appears to be in good condition. I believe that has some value to it. Your tote bag of Shiny Brights stole the show. I have my Grandma Weaver’s collection.
Merry Christmas! Wow, lots of holiday yummies and an amethyst cat! I LOVE watching you make vignettes, so I look forward to seeing some of these finds. The way Chris looks at the camera kills me. Such a good sense of humor. I am so happy he got the neon Bud sign. Have a great week. Sending hugs from WI!
What you called a crazy eyed little elf @ 23:44 is a dwarf made by Shiny Brite. It would have had a little cardboard circle on the base to stand up on its own. They came in tiny, shiny bright ornament boxes in sets of 6.

The Angel in the wire cloche was a good pick-up. I get decent money for anything HOUSE OF HATTEN. Lots of great finds today!
Love the vintage Christmas things❤

Like Chris’ flashing watch from the ceiling fan.

We had a Gambles in town where I grew up. My Uncle owned it. Back in the 50’s.
That book was one of my favorite things. But so sad that family doesn't still have it.
Yvonne and Chris, fun thing-was talking to a dealer in a nearby town about vintage Christmas ornaments (I have a few, very few). You two are so much fun to watch. You got some great things. We would love to hear how you two met. Also another video of Chris cooking on his new Blackstone. There was a color wheel at a local action here a couple weeks ago and it only sold for $15.
I saw someone use a dusting of white flour over mod podge to Flock a plastic Christmas ball so maybe that would work to patch up the sweet deer.
Gambles was like an ACE Hardware of today!
So jealous of the glasses tree topper finial!!!
Wow Yvonne did you buy Christmas . I think you’re right I’d say slot of those old vintage items are great to save .
I have a special area where I sell Christmas vintage items all year long…sell them shiny brites
I’d love to buy some winking or not Santa mugs 😂❤
Our favourite auction in Ontario Canada charges 15% buyers fee and our provincial tax is 13%. It sure adds on to the cost. Love all your vintage Xmas finds.

This was great. I remember a lot of the stuff you got at my grandma's house. Made me think about great times! ❤!!!
The Santa bank was from approx 1954 or 1955. I still have mine from when I was a child. (Age 73 now). My Dad brought it to me from a business trip.
Love you and Chris enjoy all your videos

The framed pansys is beautiful, everything was in such great condition 👍👍❤️
You can actually still buy the color wheels. My FIL's died from back in the day- I looked online and found a new one made exactly like the old one.
My granny had the tree and color wheel. Had I only known.
Merry Christmas! Wow, lots of holiday yummies and an amethyst cat! I LOVE watching you make vignettes, so I look forward to seeing some of these finds. The way Chris looks at the camera kills me. So many treasures!! The flocked "one eyed" deer are precious! Chris' new sign
awesome! Your new Elf blow mold is the cutest...Wonderful haul! TFS! 😽!
Most of LEFTON inventory was made in Japan at that time
An awesome haul!! Love the lil knee hugger, he is so dog gone cute!! Thanks for sharing your day and evening with us!
Yeah my daughter lives in Muncie so maybe we can make a day trip and come see your shop
