Yes, yes-anything with cubbies or multiple drawers and I’m all in! They just evoke a warm, fuzzy feeling! You guys have an abundance of neat auctions where you live.
Chris is a jewel!!! He seems alot more comfortable being on camera and talking more. I love to see all the cool treasures ya'll find. I'm looking forward to see what ya'll do to that glass drawer cabinet piece! Great video!
OMG! You found the auction that I have waited all my life for! I am so envious! But thank you for sharing all your treasures with us. It's hard to say what the best was, but the man who got the file cabinet with all the door hardware and Chris' glass front cabinet with all that stuff and the wooden pieces you spread out today on the driveway were right there at the top of my list. I will dream about that auction tonight! Thanks! 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Y’all are Amazing!! Always Love watching you two!! The things you find-each of you!! What you keep, what you do with them, etc. My most favorite 3: the red glass cabinet, the barn green light fixtures, & the plant stands with the teal ferns!! Lucky frog! Those were my favs but actually Loved everything except them Halloween paper mache!! The primitive dolls, faces, clients, etc just give me the hibbie-jibbies! Clowns. loved all the scrap designed wood you got and the deer and blue birds!! Also love that rusty crusty old time low fenceing!!❤
Awesome video, great haul😊 Glad to see Chris's sense of humor coming out, drool, bugging eyes etc. Was a good laugh 😅 seems much more relaxed 😊 Thanks for sharing and entertaining me🤪can't wait to see lights above the island ❣
Golly, now that's a great haul. I think you and Chris should have matching vans, that way you can bring home twice as much! That was an auction of dreams. I know you will make great things with what you bought. Chris, I can't wait to see that big drawer thing when it's done. God Bless. Hugs, Rebekah
What an eclectic haul this was. I’ve never seen so much stuff in drawers and file cabinets that actually sold WITH the unit. You both did good in your picking and be proud of what you are able to save from the dump giving others a chance to buy these kinds of treasures. Looking forward to what pops up in future videos as decor pieces because you have a treasure trove of things to create with to go along with your current stash. I’m hoping Chris will share when he fixes the bucket and other things needing repairs…it’s a lot of fun watching those processes every bit as much as when we watch you create new pieces from old. Praying for your continued recovery…more so now that Warfarin is in the mix. I know this drug under a totally different name and Hunny was on it for some time so all these frequent doctor visits make far more sense now. Do take care of yourself for I would miss these visits if you had to scale back!!!:):):)
Oh my, what a barn. I am sure you wanted everything. So glad Chris got that cabinet with the glass front. Great piece!!! So much fun 😊 you need a box truck like we. have. 😂
Oh my, you had another great auction! You, two, have the best treasures! Such fun opportunities for you both…it will be awesome to see what you do with some of the pieces.
I love your esthetic, I was also drooling!!! I live in Florida, but originally from Michigan…. Florida is very difficult to find salvage or primitives… I live vicariously through you!!!
I'm gonna need you to get a trailer for behind your van...so you can buy more. M'kay? Thank you and amen. Thank you for showing us all of those beautiful treasures at the Indiana auction. I wanted almost all of it! God bless you!
My house was built in 1884 and has woodwork like the salvage you got. Around here, contractors look for wood like what you got to restore older houses. The boards you thought were ironing boards are called mink boards or pelt boards used to stretch pelts after hunting.
Oh my goodness such good deals!! I think you guys should invest in a trailer LOL- when I saw the cabinet I instantly thought of Chris, those vintage door handles and plates- beautiful ❤❤❤❤
I actually laughed out loud at the overhead projector. I am a retired librarian and when the school got rid of them I brought one home for transferring patterns 😅
That super cool red cabinet for Chris ! Love it! Hearing about the scraper with that filing cabinet filled, with door handles and such …..oh my heart too!! Yvonne! What a great auction! Gorgeous property and that barn is beautiful!!
With the overhead projector you have to have clear acetate on the glass. The light projects thru it onto the wall. I think you could print on the acetate. The bulbs aren’t cheap. Good luck finding the bulb.
❤❤❤😂😂😂 oh my goodness that sale was just incredible. I don't know how you girls do that, but I would have just had a hard time and pretty much filled my car just like you guys! Yes you holding your money in your hand was driving me crazy, but I guess you know what you're doing. I cant believe you didnt borrow money sooner from Debbie. Lol. I thought for sure you would but the bowl and pitcher set not to mention the furniture set and tin tiles. 😍😍😍 You sure do hve me heart.
Yvonne, you and Chris are a great team! Chris is a good man! Just like my husband; Chris is a keeper! 😊. Loved your whole haul. In fact, I just bought that cute little clothes brush! Sincerely, Diane 😊
The $20 cabinet, my favorite! That thing is bonkers! I’ve never seen anything like it and I want it!! You guys are amazing! Love your videos, all of them!
The safety glasses with the wire mesh sides are the exact kind used in different departments of Inland Steel Company. What amazing treasures you both found. The red cabinet, the various wood pieces-be still my heart.
Wow!! You and Chris hit the jackpot!! My heart broke when you said that the "scrapper" got the filing cabinet with all the metal door paraphernalia in it. I've been looking for items like those for 2 years and to think he's just going to scrap it out! 😢
It’s a good thing I don’t live in Michigan or Indiana cuz I would have had to take a loan out. So many great stuff at that auction. It was unbelievable at all the stuff that was there. You n Chris did very well but I think Chris got the best deal buying that cool cabinet for $20.00 bucks. That’s a steal! Loved everything you found n brought home. Wonderful, wonders video 🥰 ♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🐈⬛🐈⬛
LOLOLOL OH CHRIS! Welcome to MY world with Yvonne’s creations! Holding my breath on the last minute sneaky people on a current auction! I think the paper/material circles are for the tops of canning jars? Makes them pretty
It is so fun to come along on your auction trips! Wow! What great pieces you and Chris found! The red drawer cabinet is awesome! All the salvage finds! What a great day! Take care Yvonne. 🤗
The projector is real neat. I had a friend whose son wanted a jungle theme room, lots of foliage, lions, tigers and all that. She couldn’t find a wallpaper so she went to the library found books with pictures that he liked and projected them on his wall, traced and painted them. She said it was super simple. Needless to say, the boy lived in a jungle there after!
We have a 150+ year old barn that's been in the family for 80 years so you're not kidding when you say there are a LOT of treasures in old barns! Too many! I had a floor lamp made from a cow stanchion & desk lamp from gas can, just to mention 2 projects of many. House was full of stuff too.
I feel your pain on winning bids for online auctions!!!!!! Some high dollar wins going on!!!! Resellers like us have to get it when we can and bite the bullet when we can't....Great finds again!!!!!
The round arm-y thing you bought is a gutter guard. I’ve picked them up in the past to use are a wire cloche over tiny terra cotta saucers. Everything you bought would happily live at my house!! ♥️♥️♥️
Always enjoy your videos. I love the crocks and know they sell for a lot. That's why at an auction a few months back I grabbed two huge ones for 55.00 each.

Your husband is the best! You look like you both have so much fun and both super talented.

I love that Chris is becoming so comfortable on camera. You two are so cute!
No freaking way! $20!!!! That was a STEAL!!! WAY TO GO! ❤ IT
It was … 😁
Right?!! 😮
Chris' cabinet for 20 bucks was the best. I'd use it for all my paper crafting stuff. That barn was definitely a treasure hunters dream.
20.00 cabinet! Wow!

I love those rusty garden characters/ chairs lol. What a great convo piece
I'm in Australia and if I ever come to the USA I'm going to be camping on your front lawn until you take me on one of these trips 😂
You guys are wonderful, my hubby and I are the same. I see projects in everything and he loves tools. We are so blessed and inspired with your videos.
Wow, what a buy for Chris to work his magic.

Love that $20 cabinet!!! The long carved board would be an awesome front for a mantel. The tealeaf ironstone is pretty. A fantastic haul.
Love the cabinet that Chris got. Absolutely beautiful. Love watching sales and auctions. ❤️
That was also my favorite fine of the day. It was all fun!
Oh THAT DOOR!!!!! How SWEET for a little hidden garden entrance!!!!!

Oh lord I want the bed posts or spindles, when I saw them at the auction I was drooling!!!
I used an overhead projector in my classroom for years. At Mother’ Day I would trace profile on wall of child to give as Mother’s Day gifts.
I used an overhead too until we got Elmos.
